The rest of the time the menu is still changed weekly, offering such specialities as a spicy wild game terrine with pumpkin chutney or home-made noodle dishes.
Local fish fresh from the pond and seafood, such as mussels in sherry dressing, giant shrimp and sole gratin, are all prepared according to high culinary standards.
