The location was brilliant for our needs. Caroline (the host) was equally brilliant attending to our every need. Nothing seemed to be a problem, not that we had any major problems. Would recommend this small studio to any couple.

We were visiting Wakehurst Gardens for the Christmas lights, it was perfect as a short walk away, but still very private. The cottage is very nicely set out and suited us very well for a couple of nights. It would be even better in summer to enjoy the outdoor space. Host was extremely welcoming and thoughtful. We'll definitely stay here again.

Everything about the cottage was lovely and perfect to our liking. Minor teething issues but Owners were very attentive and prompt in sorting these out.
