Very clean and comfortable house with a lovely little garden to sit in and enjoy the peace and quiet (when the weather is dry - unfortunately we were not so lucky!). Well equipped kitchen, and lots of games and dvds etc for a cozy evening at home. Location was very good and the cottage was easy to find too, and just an easy walk from the centre area, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

The 1-bedroom apartment has two queen beds, full kitchen, can comfortably sleep four. Parking is free in the cafe lot. The location is great, right on the canal, in the middle of the houses. You should stay a night in Giethoorn because of the morning and evening peace and quiet after day trippers are gone. The canal turns into mirror and you get beautiful pics w perfect reflections. This is not possible during the day w tourist boats.
