In particular, I would like to give a shout out to Harman at the front desk. I spent 17.5 hours traveling from Delhi to Toronto, my connection in Toronto was canceled due to a winter storm. I needed to book a room quickly and just really wanted some rest. Harmon showed me the empathy, grace, customer service and that Canadian kindness that I needed. She got me into my room, wished me luck with dealing rebooking my flight and was open to provide any other services in case I needed to extend my stay in Toronto. I will never forget that kindness. And I look forward to making this my hotel of choice when I am in Toronto in the future.
