Everything was great and the staff is helpful. The room is Huge! They have free transfer, but I was waiting for an hour (if you’re familiar with China, just order Didi better)

Very tidy! - For those who couldn’t eat breakfast because we have to fly very early they gave us take away!!! - The staff replied quickly when I made a question after I made the reservation. - The staff was really helpful with all the questions I had face to face. Very kind! - I got told to mention staff ID 205206 if I was pleased with the service so there it goes~ - The corridor had great illumination. My dad didn’t like my previous hotel because it felt like a haunted hotel hehe. - Shuttle service!!

Well situated in the Pudong district of Shanghai, Shanghai JOYFUL YARD Hotel-Free shuttle bus from Pudong Airport and Disneylan is set 17 km from Shanghai Disneyland, 26 km from Shanghai New... We were greeted early in the morning by an employee (#3) Shirley. She was SO helpful and accommodating, awesome with the kids, professional and always smiling 😊 The food was delicious, the place was super clean and in an excellent location! Close to the airport, a free and convenient shuttle bus. They even decorated the room with princess sheets and a teepee for the kids. Full toiletries that smelled delicious. We arrived early morning (7 am and left the same day 9pm), they allowed us to check in super early, and worked with our odd layover hours, allowing us to rest and recharge for our next flight. Highly recommend this hotel !!!!

Shanghai Joyful Star Hotel-Free shuttlebus til Pudong Lufthavn og Disney er ideelt beliggende i Pudong-kvarteret i Shanghai, 16 km fra Shanghai Disneyland, 25 km fra Shanghai New International Expo... The hotel has an airport shuttle that is so nice, especially at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. WARM water as a welcome drink - it touched my heart. When we came to the room it was so warm inside (we were in January it was cold weather). Black out curtains. Amazing comfortable bed and pillows, like in Hilton hotels. At breakfast were a lot of different foods like pasta, meat, egg, toast, traditional buns, vegetables, hot lemon water, super and surprisingly delicious coffee.. Very friendly kitchen staff. Close to the bus station which brings you to the metro. To the centre around 45 min. For us it was a good challenge and experience. In the metro everything is easy if you know where to go. It has a nice park and local street food. We will definitely come back here.
