Extremely friendly and helpful girl at reception. Easy walking access to Hamburg Airport. Room perfect for a night before/after a flight. You check in at an adjacent building (not at the posh hotel you walk past first), this building is just a couple of yards from where you sleep.
We had a flight in the early morning from Hamburg Airport. The hotel was conveniently located such that we could walk there in 15-20 minutes. We also liked the lounge area for drinking a coffee.
