The Hilton Garden Inn was like a little oasis just a ten-minute walk from Heathrow Terminal 2 which is exactly what I was looking for. The signs from the Elizabeth line were very easy to follow and I had no trouble walking directly to the hotel (just follow the signs that say "Hotel"). My room was spotlessly clean and felt so fresh and comfortable that I fell right asleep. In the morning, I had a wonderful breakfast and took my time, knowing that I would not be late for my check in. The hotel is not cheap but it's worth it for the comfort and peace of mind it gives you. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with the room, although we were not in London for work, it was because we had missed our flight and the room was quite comfortable and the staff was very friendly and they knew how to help us at all times. I would also like to consider that we are vegan and we could get an excellent breakfast.

    This is a great location for a solo traveller getting away...

    This is a great location for a solo traveller getting away for business. You'll have lots of greenery around if you want to go on a walk. And a nice private flat if you just want to stay indoors and work. The one caveat is that it's very near Heathrow airport, so you will hear planes flying overhead occasionally. It wasn't a major inconvenience, though - I eventually got used to it.

    An update to my previous critical review, which was uploaded on 29 April. On 2 May, I received a message from the owner, apologising for the non response, advising that their colleague had found the hearing aids but "hadn''t told them." The owner sent a photo of them, then on my confirmation that they were my hearing aids, posted them to my home address, sending a confirmation of proof of posting. Delivered today. It does leave one or two questions, but the way the owner has acted since my review was posted is commendable. I think Booking.com may need to check a few things. The telephone number on the confirmation is the one the owner responds to when arriving, but subsequent calls to that number elicit the response that it has nothing to do with that property. The communication in the last few days comes from a different number.

    It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public...

    It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.

    The top point of this offer is newly refurbished house and cleanliness. The only issue is position, close to Heathrow. One must be prepared to wake up at 6 am, but the whole night before is very quiet.

    To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that we were particularly interested in visiting. It mainly served as a base for getting into central London or heading to the airport. We didn’t eat out in Hayes — nothing really appealed to us, so we opted to wait until we were elsewhere. There are plenty of frequent bus routes, and the train station connects easily to central London and Heathrow. There weren’t any standout activities for couples. In our case, the highlight was catching the train out to explore other parts of London.

LOCATED IN VERY REMOTE AREA AND IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO LOCATE THE ADDRESS AND APT. EVEN THE TAXI DRIVER FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO LOCATE THE PLACE. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

    I recently had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Heathrow. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of quality and attention to detail throughout my visit. The apartment had a cosy and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful decor that made me feel right at home. Its convenient location near Heathrow Airport was a major plus, as it made my travels much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay near Heathrow.

    Apartment was a long way from airport and is mis described in its description. i have to pay £60 in total for taxi to and from terminal 3. the front door had been smashed off of the hinges and there was drug taking paraphernalia strewn across the car park. verry grim and grotty. it felt unsafe i would not recomend.
