While the cost is on the high side, more in line with a 2-3 night beachfront stay in a luxury apartment than a 4-hour layover, it is clear that, without any competition, the facility remains the only viable option for guests arriving on late flights and departing early.

It was clean, modern, had a coffeemaker and safe in the room. There was a nice lounge for drinks and a full restaurant for dining. The hotel was easy to get to with the free dedicated bus shuttle from the airport that runs every 15 minutes.

Casale Traiano is located in Fiumicino, just 15 miles from PalaLottomatica Arena and 15 miles from EUR Fermi Metro Station. This property is part of a surprisingly nice agroecological farm and restaurant. The grounds around it are beautiful. Access to it is on your own and easy. The rooms are classy, spacious and clean. We rented this place only for one night to be close to the airport which was very convenient. However, we had such a relaxing time here we wish we had it for longer.

Clean,quiet,comfortable and very well appointed room. Loved the coffee/ tea and snacks available in the room!Several restaurants walking distance away.The host was very receptive,friendly and gave me great directions on how to take the local bus from FCO which saved me a lot of money compared to the overpriced taxis. Will absolutely stay again!

1.4 miles from Focene Beach in Fiumicino, Domus Porto Di Traiano Resort offers accommodations with access to a hot tub. It was a pleasant stay at this resort. SEA apartment offers accommodations in Fiumicino, 15 miles from EUR Magliana Metro Station and 16 miles from PalaLottomatica Arena. I love the apartment. It was spacious and cost and clean!!! Highly recommend!!!
