With its lobby located next to the departure floor of Haneda Airport, The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda is accessible from the airport's International Terminal. The hotel is literally in the airport terminal meaning you can just walk there. Could have been a bit better sign posted. It was ideal for our overnight connection. Room was small (as expected in Japan) but we'll equipped. Quiet and excellent night of sleep. You can walk outside of hotel to some fast food places and upstairs is a viewing deck for watching planes. As far as airport hotels go, this is bang on.

Conveniently set in the Ota Ward district of Tokyo, First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1 is located a 5-minute walk from Tokyo International Airport Terminal No2 Observation Deck, 3.7 miles from Ota Stadium... The capsule was perfectly clean, the toilets too, they even had a spa (onsen) and all amenities were provided, including PJs. Perfect for one night's stay after arriving late at the airport. If your plane lands late and not at Terminal 1, you'll have to take a taxi to get to Terminal 1. I did that, and I didn't know where the entrance of the hotel at T1 was, and was momentarily stuck outside T1 at 1.30am in the morning. I called the hotel's number and they had thought I was not at the right terminal, however I walked a little bit and saw the sign to press the intercom button for the hotel staff to open the doors for me. The guy on the phone was really patient with me despite being a little lost in translation!

Sinagawa is very convenient area easy to access everywhere, especially to HND airport, only takes around 30mins, NRT airport about 75mins by express train. But from the station there is a bit of walk approximately 10mins.
