I have been very happily surprised at every stage on my stay! Beforehand, the staff were extremely reactive and helpful by email when I had to make amends to my reservation. Once at the hotel, every one, from reception to housekeeping and restaurant, was extremely kind and friendly. I could feel a real sense of good service and attention to keep me satisfied. Every one has been extremely helpful and dependable. The receptionists were amazing, in spite of being very busy and short-staffed since COVID times. As for the room, it was of good size, well-equipped, in very good condition and perfectly clean. A great experience altogether!

Offering an on-site restaurant and a bar, Charly's Gare is located in Senningerberg, an 11-minute drive away from Luxembourg City. After my bag with camping gear got lost I had to find a place close to the airport while I waited for my luggage to arrive. This place is conveniently placed 5 min by bus from airport (and the bus is free of charge). The place has a cosy restaurant, very friendly staff and gives a clean impression. Very tasty breakfast that brought me back to family vacation in France as a kid.
