Villa Walton Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation within a historic homestead, established in 1904. From the first moment I parked, I felt comfortable and at-home in Neil and Sue's lovely spot. Both are top-class people, the type you want to hang out with. The property itself is perfection. Wild flowers, chirping birds, the smell of honey suckle in the air, all of nature accompanies your stay. I stayed in the Cottage, which offered nice privacy and lovely quarters, but each of their individual bedrooms in the main house are lovely as well. Breakfast, as many have said, was top-notch. From the property, the amenities, and the way they care, I couldn't ask for a better stay. I'll certainly be back.

Everything about this property is amazing and if I had of known how amazing this accommodation was we would have booked for 3 more nights. We are recommending this property to everyone know. Hosts were just beautiful and had us interacting with their farm animals. The attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend ❤️

I loved my stay at Fantail Garden! The property is gorgeous - beautiful gardens, terraces and decks. The apartment itself is spacious, and the breakfast that was provided was good. Excellent wifi. The owners are lovely - I wish I would've booked two nights instead of just one!

It was so comfortable & because we had teenagers the pool table was used until they got too tired to stay up A small reserve area next to the property gave those that vaped somewhere to go for a walk & vape. My grandson left his watch behind & the host was kind enough to ring & let us know & put it in the post at no charge to us. I would highly recommend & we will definitely stop there again

Matamata Central Motel is a 20-minute drive from the Hobbiton Movie Set & Farm Tours, where parts of the Lord of the Rings trilogy were being filmed. The room was really nice and super clean, The Manager was really nice.
