Set in the Skjæringa area of Longyearbyen, Mary-Ann's Polarrigg is built with old rigs. Central Longyearbyen is between 6-8 minutes walk away and the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with good hospitality. Everything is great here.

The room was furnished with high quality items, I just loved the bathroom/shower floor, never seen that anywhere else. Centrally located right across the grocery shop and shopping mall. People working at the hotel are incredibly nice, polite, correct and sexy. Breakfast was also amazing and fulfilling. I want and will come back.

Centrally located in Longyearbyen, Basecamp Hotel is a traditional trapper's lodge-style property just 15 minutes’ drive from Longyearbyen Airport. The airport bus stops right outside. The property is very unique in terms of the look & feel of the boutique hotel. Not too big but tastefully made. No shoes allowed inside so it stays clean thru out. Nice breakfast.

Just a 15-minute walk from Svalbard Church and 0.7 miles from Svalbard Museum, Svalbard Hotell | Lodge features accommodations in Longyearbyen, with a bar. We loved this place! We were traveling with 6, and the two bedroom apartment was such a good option. The kitchen was wonderful in a place with pretty expensive restaurants but a great grocery store.

Located in Longyearbyen and within a 14-minute walk of Svalbard Church, Russkiy Dom features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. It was the cleanest hostel/ hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotless and modern, excellent kitchen fully equipped. The shower and toilets were separate, which makes a huge difference, also spotlessly clean. Yulya and Sam were outstanding and quickly became "family"

Lovely hotel in an absolute prime location. The view from my room (top floor annexe) was breathtaking. The room itself was fantastic, simple but with everything you needed. Very clean, and cosy. The lobby was so inviting for a hot drink by the fire after being in the cold. The breakfast each morning was simple but very tasty and plenty of options. All of the staff that you encountered were cheery and friendly, and very helpful. I look forward to returning in the near future.

This is fabulous hotel on the edge of town - the staff were a highlight, from my checkin with Richard to the incredibly warm and helpful Tina and other receptionist from the UK, and really great bar staff Davide, Tito, and Tartour who were genuinely friendly and as interested in the landscape and all Svalbard has to offer. The company is fortunate to have such great staff! The hotel was perfectly cosy and inviting as were its staff! The n. lights can be seen from the back of the hotel - it was perfect.
