The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpfull and nice eventhough theor english was limited. The bathroom was clean. The room had free tea and water. The bed was fantastic and big. Very good value for your money.

Worst experience ive ever had with a hotel. Arrived at the location provided on bookin.com. Host was rude and told me i was at the wrong hotel. Made me carry my bags 2km to a different hotel out in the middle of nowhere and tried to shove me in a 2bed room. The hotel i booked (seyir evleri) was for 3 people including breakfast with a front desk right next to the bus stop so i can go skiing. This new room was in the middle of nowhere. 2km from the bus stop, no breakfast. Only two beds. Only two small towels. No breakfast. No front desk. People were shouting and breaking stuff all through the night. I had to leave. I want a full refund. They made me pay on booking.com and theres no one to complain to.. i will not rest untill i get my money back for this absolute massive scam!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.

Located in the city centre, My Liva Hotel is only 5 km from Erkilet International Airport. It offers free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with heating, a satellite TV and tea/coffee maker. The hotel was in a good position near the airport, staff specially the receptionists were supper nice , very clean rooms and great room service. Highly recommended
