Rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezzionale, è in una posizone ideale per visitare la parte sud ,sud ovest dell'isola.

La qualità della cucina, la puntualità nel servizio di pulizia, la qualità dei piccoli spettacoli serali, la discrezione dell'animazione.

Un contrattempo verificatosi all'arrivo, che descrivo nella sezione reclami, relativo al comportamento dello staff in fase di check in.

I loved my room (218) with sunshine full on the balcony from 11.0 to 5.15. The food was very good, and the dancing (an especial pleasure for me and my dance partner) was the highlight of my stay. So much so that I was disappointed that there was no dancing on Monday evenings. The cleaning ladies were unfailingly helpfull and friendly. And so was the staff at reception. I shall certainly go back if possible.

Not really. I was entirely comfortable and at my ease throughout my stay (7-17 November).

The location was ideal for the beach and the promenade along the sea front. The staff were all helpful particularly the front desk who went out of their way to direct me to Santa Cruz and to the football ground.

Outstanding Breakfast Buffet - biggest and best we have seen. Very efficient at clearing and cleaning tables at breakfast. Very clean hotel in all respects. Well located on a pleasant part-pedestrianised road on the promenade next to beach. Handy for restaurants and shops and motorway.Very good sized pools and large pool-side areas, all spotlessly clean. Always something for children to do during day with enthusiastic kids club reps. Also dancing lessons for adults on terrace in afternoon. Lovely pool side bar with restaurant with elevated views over beach and sea - superb! Room had fridge, LCD TV and nice balcony with lovely sea views.

Although bedroom and bathroom clean and well maintained, they are basic.. Noisy at north-end of hotel furthest from beach near to a bar with Kareoke. If in sea-facing room it is best to be on top floor (6th) to avoid noise from street traffic late at night and early morning. Entertainment not up to much if you like staying in for the evening. Limited spaces for free parking in car-park at front. Cannot comment on lunch or dinner as we were only B&B.

food very good and plenty of it also very fresh very close to beach, walks and eating out, 20 mins from airport

staff at receiption not too friendly. We had a room to the front of the hotel which was on to a busy road and there was a lot of noise late at night when people were going home between 12 oc and 4 oc if i go back i would request a room at the back

Staff very friendly and polite.Hotel kept very clean.Restaurant had good selection of food.

Hotel bedrooms needed a bit of modern decor and I felt the same about the corridors.

The place was aways clean and tidy and the Staff we're friendly & helpfully

Excelent locations and very pleasent poolarea. You can find sunbeds and umbrela at any time during the day. View from the poolarea to the beach and ocean was very good.

Very nice hotel, great service. Most rooms are with a sea view. My room was very quiet. Entertainment for the kids.

The baby pool was the coldest.

The hotel common areas were very good -- eg. lobby, pools, etc.

I found the rooms were quite basic for the cost of the hotel. The beds were not very comfortable. Also, at night, it can be quite noisy, since the noise carries from the street.

found the hotel in a good area quieter than at the los christianos end.Food in hotel excellent with great choices every day, resteraunt staff very good and attentive.
