La colazione, il check out entro le 12 e la posizione, davanti c'è fermata bus, metro e sul retro stazione treni secondaria e vicinanza alla spiaggia e castello, il centro a 15 minuti a piedi e tranquillo.Il personale gentile, la colazione abbondante e di ogni genere, pure la cena a buffett ok.

L'unico problema registrazione in entrata e in uscita, che non riuscivano a riconoscere i documenti per cui si perdeva 10 minuti, ma può essere un fatto temporaneo dei servizi telematici.

Ottima organizzazione per quanto riguarda la prima colazione e di gradimento il check out sino alle ore 16

Hotel moderno ma un poco usurato.Camera confortevole con terrazzo vista mare.Garage comodo, colazione inclusa ,buffet di buon livello.

Cena: buffet poco assortito.

Se non avessi avuto la macchina si poteva utilizzare anche diverse soluzioni : autobus, tram, trenino interno. Tutto molto vicino. E' situato in un punto molto vicino all'aeroporto e al resto della città. Camera piacevole e ben tenuta. Il letto comodo e il bagno ben tenuto. Personale molto disponibile.

Nella stanza e nei corridoi diversi accumuli di polvere per terra ma nel complesso comunque pulito e ben tenuto. Quello non gradito per niente il costo del parcheggio interno all'hotel di €. 9.00 al gg.

Convenience from Alicante airport although GPS was essential - map provided wass not all that helpful. Drive through town was slow but starightforward. Hotel close to main road, but we had castle and sea views out of the back which was very quiet. Parking available.

Reasonably close to the airport for travel purposes, free internet access, clean rooms with all the necessities. I was only there overnight, en route to another destination. Stayed there for 4 days last year and was pleased enough to return this year. It's very close to the beach and downtown core for those wanting to experience small city living in Spain.

Most staff don't speak English and so making requests or asking questions was frustrating...although they certainly wanted to try to help. Also, I left items there on my first night that couldn't be retrieved because they were in a locked room when I returned after hours the following week. It was just clothing and so not something that needed to be secured. The lack of English (and my lack of Spanish) made communicating about the matter difficult, at best.

Rooms were clean. Close to shopping centre.

There was no tourist information such as maps available and I would not recommend the food at the hotel. We had a buffet dinner one evening for €15 per person and although you could eat as much as you like the standard of food was dreadful. All the hot food was sitting in a pool of grease and the cold salads were not fresh. The air conditioning didn't work so we had to keep the balcony doors ajar all night and as our room overlooked a very busy road the noise from the traffic was relentless.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful despite having very little English. The close proximity to the beach was excellent

I was disapointed with location, it is about a fifteen minute walk to the city centre, not well lit at night and hilly. Despite the hotel advertising a swimming pool this is only opened between June and September. The food was poor for breakfast and the evening meal overall. No tea/coffee facilities offered in the bedroom.

Helpful at reception, breakfast had good choice in buffet. Room clean and comfortable. within easy reach of beach and also for walking up to the castle and the main centre of town.

Very small fridge in room, no tea or coffee making facilities. No international/English channels available on TV.

We were able to check in after 12 which was very useful. You can also leave your luggage after checking out until you wish to leave the area.

Accessibility by car if you do not know the city. Directions gained from the link on your website were useless.
