Nice hotel outisde the city and very convenient to Alicante airport. The staff were very helpful. There is a nearby train for travel to Alicante |

Friendly receptionist, good English. Waiter/barman polite and quick with meal, little/no English but that's ok. Clean. Quiet. Excellent breakfast - I understood I was getting only a roll and coffee but got nice cooked choices included. Please note, I was there for only a few hours, and overnight, between travel connections. The shower had no support handles, fairly slippy shower floor, and very slippy shower gel - danger of slipping and falling! Be well balanced and very careful!!! I really hated the smoking allowed in bar and restaurant and the loud television dominating the bar. The sauna and tiny pool did not look like a serious attraction, but I did not try them. |

Excellent room for our family of four. Designer layout and huge bathtub. Nice garden with designer furniture and palm trees. Excellent choice for a transfer hotel if you are going to catch a plane in the morning or has landed late at night. The internet connection did not work in our room. We got a cable from the reception twice, but they did not work. |

The room was comfortable, and quite spacious. I would have welcomed a Tea/Coffee Tray, which is standard in most hotels i have stayed in & would have paid additional for this. Other than this everything was fine |

Close proximity to Airport was priority. Pleasantly surprised at quality versus cost. No, I was there a short time, but food was good and service too. |

The room was cleaning to perfection they even tidyd our own stuff . The pool was cold and musting envirnoment around the glass of it . We were kicked out of our room bang on 12 even thou we didnt fly home till 10 . |

We wanted a hotel close to the airport so we could depart early and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It is modern, clean and has full 24 hour front desk so we were able to check out at 4am. |

A very cold hotel with no atmosphere to speak of. The 4 star rating can only be due to the small pool and spa facility. |
