Ottima Struttura,molto moderna e ben arredata in posizione strategica per la visita della citta di Valencia. Ottima la colazione a buffet. Un pò scomoda la doccia che era un tutt'uno con la vasca idromasaggio |

The hotel staff was helpful and the proximity to town's beaches and local transport ( both within walking distance approx.10 minutes).Rooftop with bar and jacuzzi gives the hotel extra star if it is in operation ( 5 p.m. it was deserted). Chosen material on the part of skeleton of the hotel which is a bit rusty.There was quite a dust (black interior highlights it even more,so suggestion towards staff to focus attention to it and dust at last). |

Very courteous and helpful staff; Nice, comfortable and quiet settings for the breakfast; Conscienscious approach to the environmental and labour impact of unnecessary laundring, etc.; Spa bath was nice. Rusty runnings on the outside of window panes contrast with the cleanliness of the interior and obscure views; Slightly uncomfortable albeit stylish stone washing basin in the bathroom. |

Peace and quiet, cleanliness, comfort, near the marina, view on Santa Maria del Mar and plazita with fountain, lovely breakfast, good room size and good service. Pleasant welcome and info at Reception desk. All this well worthy of a 4 star hotel. Intelligent taxi call system to match! The washbasin system |

The room was good and the location was excellent. Yes, on arrival we were told we didn't have a room. Very disappointing. We did not feel the staff were helpful at all. |

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt tot 12h beschikbaar! Goede ligging: 10min lopen naar strand, 15min sience centrum en met de metro in 15min in hartje centrum (metro naar vliegveld is ca. 40min) Warme liften, geen roomservice/restaurant |

Perfect hotel, met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, dicht bij haven , tien minuutjes te voet van 'playa', goede verbinding via bus 19 (25 minuten) en metro met centrum van de stad.Begrip directie en personeel bij diefstal (buiten het hotel.) |

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich, speziell, da wir kein Spanisch sprechen, sondern Englisch fragen mussten Die Brause der Dusche ist zu nahe an der Wand, grosse Gefahr von Ausrutschen und dann umfallen |

Das Zimmer ( großer Einbauschrank, Betten mit guter, fester Matratze, Mini-Kühlschrank ) und das Bad waren sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal : zum Hafen, Strand ca. 500 m, die Verkehrsanbindung zur Innenstadt ( Bus Nr 19 am Hotel, Metrobahn Nr 5 ca 300 m ) ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat die Ausstattungsart "Restaurant" nicht verdient.Es gibt keins. Es ist ein gutes "Garni- Hotel". Der Fitnessraum war noch im Umbau, der Pool auf dem Dach ist eine große Badewanne, die Dachterassen mit verwahrlosten Bareinrichtungen.( wirklich schade ). Die Sauna war in Betrieb, ist aber nicht mein Ding. |
