l'appartamento è comodo e ben tenuto ed è dotato di tutti i confort (dal forno a micro onde alla lavatrice)

L'appartamento è distante dal centro (ad eccezione della Sagrada Famiglia) ma è ben collegato con la metro. Carenza cronica di parcheggi

camere molto rumorose, sia per il traffico, sia per rumori provenienti dalla tromba dell'ascensore.

L'accoglienza, la dimensione dell'appartamento il buon arredamento e il vettovagliamento a disposizione.

Mancava tovaglia o americani per prima colazione o pranzo l'aspirapolvere era rotto e abbiamo dovuto chieder euna sedia poichè erano cinque con una prenotazione per sei (arrivata però in tempo reale)

Gli arredi nuovi, la qualità della biancheria da letto e da bagno, e la disponibilità di due stanze singole con letto da una piazza e mezzo.

Property was in nice district.Local cafes and small supermarket nearby. Ideal location for exploring the city, lots of sites walkable from apartment and metro only two blocks away. Restaurants and designer shops all walkable distance. Apartment facilities all excellent, clean towels, bedding etc. Ideal city base.

Kitchen tap hot water is opposite (blue indicator is actually the hot water). Despite this we were always able to contact help to get the hot water etc. Staff were very helpful!!

Everything was new and working and the design was great. It is a nice apartment for a couple, or a couple with 1/2 kids.

There is no free parking, even in the streets nearby. The apartment is in a living building, with a really bad elevator. Only two people fit inside and it doesn't look safe at all. Could be cleaner. The internet and blinds weren't working. The secondary bedroom, with two bed is extra small. I do not recommend this apartment for 4 adults.

The facilities were of a very high standard and the location was excellant, the metro was only a few minutes away as was a taxi rank. The tour bus stop is only 10 minute walk away.

We like this very much, and we had an great stay in this flat. In Barcelona it is so much to see, and we had short way to the metro and busses. Thank you so much.

Large sun terrace with bbq, free wifi.

Crap location, miles from anywhere. Not suitable for anybody with walking difficulties as it's very hilly, and you have to climb stairs to get in the apartment. The photos on here really don't represent the actual apartment, which is dated and needs a refurb. Not suitable for 4 persons. The map doesn't even show the street it's on!

I am not sure that th problems could be improved. Maybe if the price would be much more cheaper... It was very far away from the city, if you have luggage it was even far from the metro (not a metro in fact) station. It was very expensive compared with the features. We did not like to stay in this apartment. we do not recommend.

the apartment was fresh and modern in design. it was really clean and comfy. the price was very reasonable for the standard of the apartment. the staff were extremly friendly and helpful. the location was just a short metro ride (5 stops away) from La rambla. excellent, would definately recommend

It´s a large apartement -great with to toilets. And quite close to Metro station. You live amongst locals.

The location is too far away from the center ( 4 km ), so you have to take the Metro, or walk a long way, to go anywhere. There´s lot´s of noise from the street - we had to sleep with earplugs.

Propre, joli, bien aménagé pour loger 6 personnes indépendantes (lits jumeaux et 2 salles de bain). Situé à 20min à pied des Ramblas.

Cet appartement nécessiterait des fenetres à double vitrage dans les chambres (et pas seulement dans la cuisine et les 2 salles de bains...). L'appartement est bruyant à cause du traffic automobile de la ville, même de nuit, et sur les deux cotés de l'immeuble. Pas de table pour pouvoir prendre de vrais repas à 6.
