Sicuramente la terrazza e la piscina con Jacuzzi sono un punto di forza. Dopo una giornata alla scoperta di Barcellona un pò di relax è molto apprezzato! Lo staff dell'Hotel non è il massimo della cortesia. Potrebbe almeno corrispondere agli standard della città, dove le persone sono generalmente ospitali e comunque accoglienti... Il servizio in terrazza è lento. I prezzi in terrazza sono astronomici, ma ci sta... |

La posizione centrale che favorisce la possibilità di poter visitare velocemente la città quando non se ne ha il tempo. La camera pulita e silenziosa, la vista panoramica dal bar posto sulla terrazza in copertura. |

L'ubicazione e' perfetta, vicino ai capolavori di Gaudi e vicino a tutti i migliori negozi della città. Bello il bar nell'ultimo piano del hotel Lo staff della Reception potrebbe essere un pochino più gentile. Molto freddi ed sbrigativi. |

Posizione eccellente, la migliore possibile! Bagno comodo ed ampio. Il personale molto discreto e disponibile. Comodissimo ed economico il parcheggio dell'hotel se arrivate a Barcellona in auto. |

Good location and excellent positioning for those who want to explore the city and it's impressive architecture and of course, the shopping ! Despite staying in an Executive room...we were charged for water and even the coffee caplets for the machine in our room. The music channels on the tv were also chargeable........Were we staying in a "Travel-lodge" or Condes de Barcelona ?.............I know which represented better value for money and despite the impressive surroundings we expected a little more for our money as what was provided was fairly elementary in what was termed an executive room. For those wanting a "quiet" room, avoid having an executive room off the main staircase as the reception area is very restricted and all noise from the reception area travels directly up thro this inner roof covered courtyard ........Nice Hotel !....would I use it again ?...Unlikely. |

This hotel was ideally situated on the Passeig de Gracia and convenient for the main shopping area and the major sites .Gaudi's La Pedrera and Casa Battlo are both on the Passeig de Gracia. The staff were extremely helpful assisting with restaurant bookings and supplying on request information about the local festival. I would definitely return to this hotel. |

the room was lovely, didn't hear any on street noise, very comfortable bed, bit of a walk to las ramblas, only 5 or 10 mins but it was so hot the time we were there. also, we requested parking with booking.com as with other hotels in spain but they didn't reserve any for us so had to pay nearly E50 for public parking nearby for 1 night! |

Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The Terrace Bar was perfect for cocktails and looking at the amazing view! Also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after endless walking during the day! |
