L'appartamento è situato in un vecchio stabile malandato.si riscontrano lesioni sui soffitti delle stanze .Camere anguste e spoglie,bagno piccolo e scomodo. |

La comodità, la libertà, lo spazio e la disponibilità del personale. Si tratta di appartamenti comodi da raggiungere con l'Airbus (a19) dall'aeroporto e comodi per raggiungere il centro (passeggiata carina di 15 minuti ed anche vicino alla fermata del metro di Urgell). Arredo ed elettrodomestici nuovi. Eravamo in tre e ci hanno dato un appartamento con 4 stanze (6 posti letto comodi). |

Overall is fine. We stay in family room (4-person). Double-bed: comfort and nice; single bedroom: too near the washroom, quite noisy and the bed is not comfort at all. Kitchen facilities is fine but not very clean. Air-conditional is very good. Helpful staff. Staff cannot speak fluent English |

Spacious and stylish accommodation, perfect for a family or group of friends. Less than 15minutes walk to the ramblas. Housekeeper was friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay. |

really comfortable apartment, great beds! :) nice location, only 2 blocks far from the Metro station. no noise from the streets! the lady who was waiting for us was pretty polite, but she spoke only Spanish!we managed to communicate finally :) an extra bathroom or an extra mirror would be preferable, for 4 girls like us :) |

The Barcelonaguest was in a good location, the Rambles was within easy reach and from there you can go on to explore Barcelona. The Barcelonaguest is apartments within a residential block and at times in the early morning was rather noisy along with it being situated on a busy road with a lot of noisy passing traffic. |

Lovely apartment, good facilities. "Within walking distance" means a good 15 min walk which would not be suitable for anyone with small children, Hotel Staff had very little english but was very helpful. |

Friendly staff and the location which is excellent for the major Barcelona points: Plaza Espania and Plaza Catalonia.For self-catering, there are a lot of supermakets around. Maybe a better isolation from the street noise. |

Beautiful rooms and lovely building, well furnished and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and fantastic city. We arrived much later than we'd told and left very early but the staff couldn't have been nicer. |

location is convenient, especially from the airport. The rooms are comfortable. And the lady that received us is nice. There is only one toilet, might be a small problem when the apartment can hold 6 people. And unfortunately the toilet is not working well when we are there, as it was the weekend, the technical people didn't come to fix it. |

It was wonderful! The women who helped us, Natalie and Anna, were very friendly and accomodating. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a great building and neighborhood. I loved that there was a washing machine. Best value for our money. |

The apartments were fantastic, very modern and clean but we asked for two apartments next to one another and we got one on the 2nd floor and one on the 6th. The woman at reception was patronising, awkward and rude and we did not enjoy dealing with her. The credit card machine was not working and instead of getting it fixed she insisted that we pay the whole ( large) amount in cash which we were not pleased about. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en vlotte afhandeling van huurprijs en waarborg. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Goed werkende en goed regelbare airco. Aangename sfeer in het appartement en weinig straatlawaai. Goede ligging in het centrum van de stad. Het kinderbedje was zeer "kaduuk". In 1 slaapkamer zeer storend geluid van de lift, ook 's nachts. Het appartementsgebouw heeft weliswaar een (oude) lift maar die is pas bereikbaar nadat je een 10-tal trappen hebt gedaan. Niet zo praktisch met een kinderwagen; zou in de hotelbeschrijving moeten vermeld worden. |
