abbiamo soggiornato nel medesimo hotel il 1 e il 10 maggio (all'inizio e alla fine del nostro viaggio itinerante con partenza e temine e Bilbao) Entrambe le notti ci hanno dato una camera silenziosa come da noi richiesto, la seconda volta ancora piu' bella e spaziosa della prima volta. |

posizione centralissima, moderno e funzionale, ben collegato dal tram. la colazione, non compresa nella tariffa, era poco varia e con prodotti per lo più confezionati. E dire che proprio di fronte all'hotel c'è un ottimo forno! |

Albergo centralissimo. Mancava il riscaldamento in bagno. Colazione abbondante, ma non adeguata conservazione di alcuni prodotti, quali burro e marmellata. |

the staff were very freindly & helpful. Position in the old area of the city was great & in walking distance of many of the attractions in the city. good public transport if needed. Many eating possibilities also in close proximity. |

Great location (once one has found it!); pleasantly modern design; charming front desk staff. The decision to use wooden floors as part of the recent refurbishment strikes me as an acoustic disaster. I would also suggest that anyone planning a visit makes sure they know exactly how to find it before setting out: I consider myself a seasoned urbanite but even I found Bilbao's street geography very confusing (Tip: what appears to be a single street can change its name at least three times in less than one hundred yards - six times if you count dual languages!) |

Friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable bed. Hated having a window opening onto a closed courtyard, so no fresh air or light. Website information about car parking was wrong. Nueva Plaza was private parking, had to go to Arenal - recommended by receptionist but only if you could understand Spanish. |

Staff were helpful, spoke english, room was good and spacious. Sensor lights in corridors were somewhat ineffective, leaving you in the dark for a short while at times. Breakfast was over priced for what you got. |

This is a great hotel considering it only has 2 stars (and also it's low price!). I specially found that the bed was confortable and I also really liked the shower. The staff was also very kind, you could prefectly ask anything and if it was possible they would do their best to solve it. Maybe the doors were too thin, and the floor was a bit noisy. I tend to sleep very deep, so I didn't notice anything when I was sleeping. |

Good situation, very helpful staff and clean, pleasant rooms. A good choice in the old town which I would recommend if you are interested in visiting the town rather than looking for luxury. Some noise from adjacent rooms due to the nature of the laminate flooring. In my view a picture or two on the walls would be nice just to lighten the feeling of the room. |
