Ottimo hotel, siamo stati molto bene, ci è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano con una grande terrazza sul quale si può pensare di cenare.La camera non era molto grande ma arredata molto bene e tutto era a posto, molto accogliente. Il bagno comodissimo ed enorme...c'era anche il bidet, vera rarità all'estero. Una sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel ed è stata eccellente. staff molto cortese e disponibile. |

We liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the rollaway bed in our triple room. The hotel is well located near the central city sites. Gourmet breakfast was really varied and tasty. The parking garage is smal nd difficult to navigate any thing other than a small car. |

Spacy, light room. Modern, functional, fresh. Close to bus terminal. Good standart hotel for short stay. Receptionist lady keeped us waiting for check-in without any visible reason and was unpolite. |

We asked for a disabled room we got a disabled room on the floor seven if there had been a fire alarm my wife would have had differuclty to get to the ground floor by steps we also parked the car in underground car park the corners on the ramp from parking to leave the parking area are very differcult to get round |

i asked for a quiet room and the room i was given is a quiet one. there is complimentary wireless internet which is always appreciated. from the coach station, it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. it is well situated for i was able to walk everywhere. |

Nice and modern Hotel. Clean rooms. Very nice bathrooms. Hotel situated close to bars and pubd and close enough to the main tourist atractions.Nice staff.We had a very pleasant stay. Room was a bit to small ans window was facing the street, so was noisy. The extra charges for car park are and breakfast to crazy and its cheaper to park the car on the street (just outside of the hotel). But we had a realy good time there. |

In city centre and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great Location.Bathrooms well equiped with towels and toothbrushes and combs!! Fantastic as i had forgotten mine! Restaurant food wasn't nice. Meat had to be sent back as it wasn't cooked enough. Breakfast was overpriced and not great. The triple room wasn't really a triple. I ended up under a lamp and kept hitting my head it was a tight squeeze. |

The hotel was very clean and modern, and in an area convenient for the bus (San Sebastian, airport, etc.) and train stations. The Metro is only a few blocks away, although you can walk to the Old City in about 20 minutes. There are a few supermarkets nearby, as well as many bars and cafes on a nearby street. Everything was great! |

I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second. The hotel is an excellent value. There is nothing to even remotely suggest as an improvement. |

ideally situated 5 minutes from a metro station. ask for a room at the rear of the hotel-much quieter. fantastic bathroom. parking can be a little tricky. bar and lounge area are very poor |
