L'hotel realizza le aspettative di una buona vacanza, sia la colazione che la cena erano ottime non ho mai mangiato così tanto pesce. La camera in quanto probabilmente per la prenotazione tartiva non aveva la terrazza ed era un pò buia. |

A quiet location near the beach, excellent food. We were in a room on level 3 which was directly underneath the restaurant on level 4. At 6am we could hear footsteps of the staff setting up for breakfast and if we were early to bed we could hear the trolleys wheeling the food back to the kitchen. As we were only there for a few days we put up with it, however if we had been there longer I would have asked to be moved. Given this, It would not stop me going back I would just request not to put underneath the restaurant! |

wide range buffet breakfast. Nice clean pool. With only one room card it is impossible to keep the room cool as all electricity nswitches off when taking card out of slot. I suggest all guests be given 2 cards: one for room entry and one for electricity (or if possible put in an alternative air conditioning power source, similar to independent refrigerator supply) |

Quite location, seconds from a beatiful beach, we spent 5 days doing nothing and it was great. town has only a few shops so its hard to spend money. |

We stayed in 1 of 20 recently refurbished rooms - very modern. The view of the bay was stunning. Buffet meals can sometimes look a bit jaded! |

The hotel is situated in a wonderful position and those at the front of the hotel enjoy some glorious views, although the higher you are the better. The spa & wellness centre is fantastic and incredible value for money if you take up their special offers! We booked a sea view room but those low down get obscured views. Once we asked the staff another room became available the following day. The cost of the computer in reception is ridiculous and very slow, plus the printer failed to work. What a waste of time and money. |

Nearness to beach and shops and resturants .The service and quality of food available at breakfast was very good.Rooms were cleaned every day Air conditioning was not operational even though it was quite warm at night.Staff at reception not very friendly or helpful on arrival and departure |

Con dos noches no puedes comenter mucho,pero decir que la habitacion era muy espaciosa. en mi habitacion se oía algo de ruido de maquinas muy ligero.El día que salimos hubo desprendimientos de la cornisa. |

Su situación es excelente y junto a la amabilidad del personal, el excelete buffete, su piscina exterior y su oferta de actividades alternativas han logrado una estancia inolvidable. En la media pensión no se incluían bebidas como agua, cerveza ó refresco para la cena. |

Beliggenheten er flott om en er interessert i strandliv og også for turer langs kyststien. Om en har leiebil er dette et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske resten av Menorca som er en liten perle som er viktig å bevare. Et trivelig hotell hvor vi ble godt ivaretatt. Dette er et av mange hotell som satser på miljø. Godt. Benytt produkter som ikke kommer i plastflasker som det er umulig å få inneholdet ut av og som skaper mengder med avfall. Det må da finnes noen kreative personer der ute som kan tenke i litt nye baner når det gjelder dette. |

Las piscinas, la situacion, el personal de la cafeteria muy eficiente y muy amables. El cafe era muy malo, aunque pedi un cafe expres me enviaron a la cafeteria, para que lo comprara. |

Su ubicacion, los servicios ofertados y la amabilidad de los empleados.El bufett del desayuno muy bien. El temprano horario de cierre del bufett de la cena (a partir de las 22 horas no podias ir a cenar). El bufett de las cenas bastante regular. No tienes la posibilidas de beber agua del "grifo" en el bufett de la cena, teniendo que pagar el agua mineral a parte del precio establecido con la media pension. Que no cambien los manteles de las mesas para el siguiente comensal. |

Las atenciones recibidas. La amabilidad del personal. La comida y la situación del hotel. Que no haya espejo de aumentos en el cuarto de baño y que falte algo de luz. El control (termostato) y el ruido del aire acondicionado. |
