Nel nostro caso abbiamo apprezzato sicuramente la qualità del servizio, del personale e del ristorante,, Per quanto riguarda il personale sempre gentili e professionali,, L'Hotel è situato in una ottima posizione ad un passo dalla città e dalla spiaggia dove tra l'altro si può trovare tutto, dal supermercato al noleggio di bici - auto,, Si nota subito una dirigenza seria in merito alla gestione dell' Hotel dalla serietà e attenzione di tutto il personale dipendente,,

Per essere un quattro stelle devo segnalare che la nostra camera non è stata pulità nei nostri 10 giorni di soggiorno fatta eccezzione per il bagno naturalmente, e il cambio lenzuola è stato effettuato forse 2 volte. Poi abbiamo dovuto accettare 2 coperte in più per il freddo durante i primi giorni perchè ci è stato detto che non era possibile attivare il riscaldamento poichè i clienti con le camere "lato sole" si sarebbero lamentati per il troppo caldo durante la mattina,,

the nearby airport is very very noisy all day and half the night.The food is horrible.All services are on low level.

We chose this hotel because of it's location. Very close to the airport and just a short bus ride away from Palma City, where we spent two enjoyable mornings and afternoons. On the hotel it'self, (whitch has a ideal setting in the Bay Of Palma) we stayed for seven days,where we enjoyed all the modern day comforts that were on offer. The hotel staff and services, could not be faulted apart from one (see below).

The one fault-though the food (buffet style) was excellent it did tend to cool down quite quickly

Very clean with pleasant staff. Lovely decor and good food choice. Location was beautiful. It was quiet and suited s well.

Very close to airport so you can hear planes taking off although this did not bother us.

The whole atmosphere was excellent, the staff friendly, the service very good, the situation of the hotel was very convenient for walking and cycling, food excellent also - definately would go again!

The high degree of customer service and the genuinely friendly and helpful attitude of the staff.

The bed mattress was too firm for me.

Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, nice pool area and no children policy. A possibility to take a shower and change in a courtesy room after check-out.

Excellent hôtel au niveau confort et propreté. Personnel très amical, souriant et prévenant. Clientèle allemande et anglaise. Nourriture abondante,(buffet bien garni) mais orientation germano-britanique (pommes de terre, saucisses, même au petit dej. Aucun plat espagnol ou majoricain. Bonne situation géographique, peu décentré, mais nous avions une voiture. Cette période de l'année est, évidemment, hors saison cad excellent rapport qualité / prix. La meilleure sangria que nous avons bue et merveilleux sourire de la barmaid.

C'est en cuisine qu'il y a lieu de faire un effort. Voyager, c'est aussi apprécier la nourriture locale. Apparemment, ce type de nourriture plait à la clientèle. Je suis certain qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un chef français ou belge ... Surgelé et/ou sous vide. Mais de bonne qualité, incontestablement.

Die Betten, sie rollen von der Wand, wenn man sich anlehnt! Abenteuerlich! Und die Auflagen sind äußerst schweißtreibend.

Nette Mitarbeiter,zuvorkommende Managerin,Sauberes Haus,Innen wie Aussen. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr guter Zimmerservice. Wir waren begeistert. Wir Kommen wieder.
