dopo un lungo viaggio è l'hotel ideale per rilassarsi e gustare un mare veramente bello in una cittadina di livello e buon gusto. per noi italiani da invidiare. |

The garden is magnificent, if only the service and the food of the restaurant could match the setting, it would be a terrific hotel. We were sold an Internet card for the fourth floor and then were told that there was no Internet on the fourth floor. The "business" center did not have a printer and only one computer worked. The staff at the front desk was not professional or even helpful. Why have that useless "green" folder advertising pillows when the mini bar is so poor? Television system is incomprehensible. Breakfast is copious but a disappointment. Nothing was lacking but everything was tasteless, including the coffee. |

Excellent choice for breakfast. Very good room that was roomy and the air conditioning set just right Would prefer that the 'casual swimming pool' was adults only: too many children. |

The staff were very polite and helpful. Teh hotel was immaculately clean They should have had a postcard showing the gorgeous front of the hotel not the aprtment block type back view. Who wants that? |

Enjoyed my stay at the El Fuerte very much - my first time there. I was sorry hadn't booked a room with a sea view though. Staff very professional and friendly - especially the bar staff and breakfast staff. Enjoyed having music in the hotel every night. Breakfast was fabulous (the choice was unbelievable - even champagne!!) (though tea and coffee were a bit hit and miss). |

Very good location, on the beach and close to the old town, safe parking, nice view from the room´s terace. Wifi internet free must be available in rooms, not only in hotel´s bar. |

I thought the staff were very nice without being gushing. The restaurant was big yet cosy and there was no problem getting a table at breakfast. I found it very relaxing and would definitely recommend it. |

Excelllent, excellent location. Right on the beach, with beautiful outside patio, restaurant and private access to the beach. Across the street from Marbella old town. Hotel environment very relaxing with old world charm. Room was comfortable with nice bed, and outstanding breakfast. Will be back again. The biggest negative was not having internet connection or WiFi in the room. The only area with WiFi was the bar area. Also a 7 Euro charge daily for safe deposit box use was steep. |

very relaxing, staff were amazing. not like other hotels. this one was exactly as we expected.close to all you need. views were beautiful 4star hotel rating does not do justice. the staff presented it as 5star & it deserves that exra star |

location on the beachfront. Good breakfast buffet. lack of complimentary computer for guest use. Many places provide a computer room for guests to use- to check emails, confirm air reservations etc. |
