L'hotel offre idromassaggio gratuito! E alla sera quando si e' stanchi e' ottimo!! The hotel offer free jacuzzi. When in the evening you're tired it's a great thing! Pulizia non ottimale del bagno, c'erano capelli sul pavimento intorno ai sanitari. Basterebbe usare l'aspirapolvere... |

Buona la puliZia, la macchina del caffè' in stanza e il bidet nel bagno Lo staff parlava italiano con molta fatica, la porta del bagno era rotta e non si chiudeva e nel bagno non c'era un aspiratore ne' la finestra |

purtroppo nell'hotel abbiamo subito un furto in una camera da letto e il personale non è stato molto corretto. hanno detto di essere coperti da polizza assicurativa. abbiamo fatto la denuncia alla polizia e consegnato una copia all'hotel. il danno subito è superiore alle 2000.00 euro. preciso che la notte c'è stato un furto anche in un'altra camera. |

Zona molto tranquilla, staff cordiale ed efficiente, camere abbastanza confortevoli, bagno un pò piccolo ripetto agli standard Melià ma nel complesso tutto positivo. |

Smart modern hotel, excellent facilities including tea and coffee maker in room ,very good quality breakfast with lots of choice. Well positioned for bus and train stations Would certainley recommend this hotel |

Very good value (affordable Minibar and bar!) with superb staff, nice (small but always empty) spa/gym area. It's at least a 15 minute walk into the old town. |

Floors 1-4 are completely non-smoking. Given the lax smoking ban in Spain, this is a very nice touch. The hotel's location is not as good as some other properties in Girona - it is a 15-20 minute walk from the old town. The other thing I was not too happy about was the TV - international channels with snow only, wake-up function tuning into snow, pay-per-view hardcore porn channel on number 6 so that flicking through channels, you constantly keep running into it... |

This is an excellent hotel, with excellent staff, ambience and accommodation. Their dinner menu of the day is exceptional value for money. Our only regret was that we could not stay an extra night, as the hotel was fully booked. Having to pay for overnight parking was a small irritant. |

Neat clean room. Too far away from centre of Girona. Not enough staff (1 staff during peak period for check-in/check-out/concierge) to service customers at front desk/concierge. |

Hotel was lovely Was a good 15 min walk into city which was lovely in the day but very quiet in the evening, a bit frightening if on your own! It was only 7 euros for a taxi. |

The service was very poor, information inaccurate in hotel guide in room, facilities were extremely poor- no coffee with room service- bar only open at 7.00p.m., extortionate pricing for meals in restaurant, no communication between staff on different shifts, ordered an early breakfast twice since we had a very early flight and even though member of staff wrote it down we did not get it. |
