La tranquillità dell'appartamento, la sua posizione (in pieno centro città) e la ricca dotazione di elettrodomestici, biancheria e prodotti da bagno

l'appartamento è in centro, vicino a tutto, ben arredato e pulito, i proprietati sono stati gentilissimi, noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo prenotato un appartamento con una sola camera e all'arrivo ci hanno dato la possibilità di prenderne due da due al medesimo prezzo visto che erano liberi (quello che abbiamo prenotato noi era obiettivamente microscopico..)

per chi giunge in macchina non è possibile arrivarci perchè non è consentito il traffico agli autoveicoli, ma la proprietaria ci ha consigliato di parcheggiare in periferia (il parcheggio nettuno è il più economico) e arrivare in taxi (che costa davvero poco), è stato comodissimo e non abbiamo avuto problemi (anche al ritorno c'è la sosta dei taxi in plaza nueva, vicinissimo)

Abbiamo chiesto un appartamento con 4 posti letto.... ma due sono molto scomodi perchè c'è un divano letto in soggiorno e siccome lo spazio è molto ristretto bisogna spostare poltrone e tavolino per poterlo aprire......

Posizione centrale, quartiere caratteristico vicino all'alhambra, arredo caratteristico.

Stanze assolutamente microscopiche al punto da non riuscire ad aprire del tutto le porte, mancanza lenzuola superiori perchè piumino con copri-piumino, dover telefonare all'arrivo 45 minuti prima per avere le chiavi.

La posizione strepitosa nel quartiere dell'Albaycin (non addatto a chi non vuole fare due passi in salita), la dotazione di apparecchiature e di accessori superiore alla media degli appartamenti

Tutto OK, solo da notare l'assenza di biancheria per la cucina per asciugare le stoviglie.

Even though I had booked the cheaper duplex apartment I was upgraded to a somewhat larger apartment with the living room facing the street and the bedroom in the back. The apartment was nicely decorated with arabic touches such as metal wall sconces which cast interesting shadows and a tiled table. There was also a setting of a tea pot, glasses and complementary tea. Great selection of soaps in the bathroom too. The gentle heating--wall plates in the two rooms--worked well. Great location too. Even though I forgot to call 45 minutes prior to arriving, I only had to wait 10 minutes for someone to let me in. The woman who met me was helpful, pleasant and spoke English well. She was also happy to give advice about what to see and where to go.

The bathroom was reasonably clean, but not pristine. That said, I'm sure that if I had complained they would have sent in a cleaner to redo it. As noted by others-with the exception of the top floor flat- the apartments do not have cooling--though I didn't need it when I went in late October. The apartments don't get much direct sunlight so they probably are relatively cool but in the midst of summer in the absence of much air circulation they probably get hot and there aren't any fans that I saw. I'm short, so the low ceilings weren't a problem. There was no mobile phone reception unless you stuck the phone out the window.

The apartment was wonderful - nicely decorated in keeping with the area, clean, compact but not too small. Complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee and condiments were provided, as well as a traditional arabic teapot and glasses. The kitchen area was very well equipped and included a washing machine. The owners seem to have thought of everything, including serviettes & spare plastic bags.

It was charming... As was the area. I would stay here again..... The woman that met us, was very helpful. Be sure to call her an hour before arriving, or you will be sitting outside waiting for her... But a great place to stay.

There is no ac, so I wouldn't recommend staying here during the hot summer months. You also need to be careful about walking around alone at night. There are pickpockets. But if you are not wandering around the narrow streets by yourself and are traveling smart, you will be okay.

Very close to city center. In old quarter, lots of charm. Own kitchen.

Granada is very hot in July. But hardly the fault of the apartment.

The location was great for walking to the Alhambra and getting to the lookout that looks over the Alhambra at sunset. Everything was within walking distance. The apartments were very clean and the sleeping arraingements were good.

The street that it is located on is very narrow being in the old part of town but has a lot of traffic on it at all hours of the day and night. Also everyone either coming up or going down from the dinner houses and bars makes the street very noisy. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but fans are provided.
