Hotel molto buono, ottimo rapporto qualià prezzo, stanza pulita, grande, essenziale. bagno grande luminoso, ottima la colazione, buona la spa ma non eccezionale, personale all'altezza un appunto non all'hotel ma forse a booking perchè avendo preso un pacchetto romantico nel quale era previsto se possibile all'arrivo un upgrade in camera di categoria superiore loro non ne erano al corrente, quindi direi di fare attenzione a cio che si propone per non trarre in inganno il cliente |

L'hotel è comodissimo al centro pur non essendo nel traffico del centro. A piedi in pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere tutte le zone di interesse turistico. |

Facile da trovare,10 minuti dal centro, abbastanza pulito. Condizionatore in camera rumoroso, e la piscina a pagamento di euro 30.00 nonostante sia un 5 stelle, ma ti dicono che Spa e va pagata. |

la ampia camera tripla, la colazione al buffet sterminata (peraltro un po' cara, ma l'hotel e' decisamente di lusso) e il bellissimo bagno con vasca da bagno e doccia con idromassaggio. in un hotel di questa portata e con questi costi la zona benessere dovrebbe essere compresa nel prezzo e non a pagamento. |

Le camere sono tranquille, pulite e spaziose ed il bagno è luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario: ho dovuto attendere un giorno i miei bagagli ma nella camera ho trovato tutto il necessario per 'rimettermi in ordine'. Essendo un albergo di grandi dimensioni, lo stile è un po' impersonale: non è il luogo ideale per chi ricerca una particolare atmosfera... |

buon hotel, leggermente fuori dal centro storico ma visto il prezzo dei taxi in spagna non risulta un problema troppo grande. abbiamo dormito una sola notte e non usufruito del ristorante quindi il giudizio non puo' essere completo! |

The room had a luxurious appeal, as did the entire inside of the hotel. Very tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good too, stylish and plentiful. Nice view over the city, and in walking distance from the old downtown area and the famous tourist sites. Great location and great luxury. The spa too provided great relaxation. The staff during breakfast was rushed and appeared overworked; it took some time to be served coffee. The spa was not included in the price and run by a separate entity. For extra Euro 25, one could stay one hour only, and while very modern, the design had flaws such as a bad odor from the chlorine which the staff controlled with room refresher every 10 minutes. Some of the artfully arranged shower jets did not function properly. |

Just one night spent at the Nazaries so it is difficult to express an evaluation of all facilities available. Too far from the heart of town. You feel like to be on the highway. |

Breakfast was good with a wide selection. This hotel was disappointing for a supposed 5 star accommodation. There was no bellboy to help us unload and load our baggage from the taxi when we arrived or left. The receptionist didn´t find the hire car information we asked for despite her saying that she would and then give us the information afterwards. The ¨business centre¨ was just a room with 2 PCs. The gym was dismal and barely had any equipment that would be considered 5 star category. The air conditioning couldn´t be controlled individually and you had to call reception to change it. The shower, although futuristic, sprayed onto the floor as the screen wasn´t wide enough. I would hardly classify this as a 5 star hotel, more like an upper 3 star, or 4 star at best. |

We did not use the Spa due to the restricted hours. I hope they would consider a better usage of the Spa in the future. We would really love to use it if the hours are more flexible. The location is not convenient and if it is convenient, the staff did not provide us any bus or transportation information for us to travel. We have a car parked under their garage and they did not provide any information for us to travel in car either. We basically walked everywhere and found our way. They need to provide better customer service in terms of city guide or information about their city. |

The room is pretty neat and luxurious, the breakfast devine ito quality and variety, and the staff top class. The pool was closed from most of the time we've stayed there. |

the thermal waters in the spa and the restaurant i bought the Romantic Package, but our bed was actually two beds pushed together and i kept falling through the crack. Also, the door on the shower did not prevent water from spraying all over bathroom floor, so I had to wipe up the very large puddle after showering |
