Posizione ottimale. connessione internet gratuita, minibar, camere confortevoli con cassetta di sicurezza. personale dell'albergo molto disponibile e cortese. 500mt dal mare! la vista è su altri palazzi..ma del resto è nel cuore del centro storico... |

It was very convenient for visiting the centre of Alicante on foot. Also close to the port and beach .Easy to locate being just one street back fiorm the main road. Good room and excellent breafast ,except fruit juice -awful. |

The hotel was ideally situated, within walking distance of all amenities, excellant value for money, friendly staff. Was very noisy at night, with people coming in at all hours and banging doors etc, so not ideal for a light sleeper. |

I liked only the location of the hotel - it is not more than 200 meters from the only beach in Alicante. This hotel is a nightmare !!! There was false Fire Alarm during one night (at 3 A.M.) and no one even appologized for it. The breakfast was the same ham and cheese every morning and mostly the ham was spoiled. The receptionists blocked the door of our room, because we had not paid (we did not know that we cannot pay when leaving as it is everywhere...). |

The proximity to anything there was in the town, including the beach and castle. Clean room and helpfull staff. Free fruit and tea/coffee throughout the day. Breakfast was good but relatively simple. Would have welcome some vegetable and more variety for breakfast. |

We liked being able to walk to the beach and to a variety of restaurants The room was the smallest and most expensive of all hotels we stayed at during our 5 week trip to Spain. The noise transmission through the walls was bad. The view was of a cement wall. |

Very efficient reception staff(Stephano).Helped us greatly by contacting the police ,unasked,when I had had my handbag stolen,then gave us directions to the police station and made sure we were OK.Very caring and considerate. |

My wife received a bottle of champagne since it was her birthday, we can only assume the staff realised this from a birthday card in the room. A very considerate gesture. It seems an unusual practice not to include breakfast in the price and to buy breakfast separately was expensive whichc we did not do. |

Its position is excellent, in the old city, very close to the beach and close to many restaurants and the castle, and less than 100m from the end of the airport bus route. Rooms/bathrooms were modern and well-equipped. Breakfasts were very good |

Downtown Some of the hotelstaff should not be in a service buisines. Others were capabel. The room was farr from expectation for a 3 days stay. |
