hotel accogliente arrocato sul monte con una stupenda veduta della città Avevo richiesto una tripla ma mi è stata riservata una doppia con un lettino aggiunto che ho dovuto far sostituire con un vero letto. Sono stati gentili e rapidi ma abbiamo perso di comfort. |

la distanza dal centro città e notevole, l`hotel e da rimodernare un po. sala collazione molto oscura e non troppo pulita. le camere ok , mancano isolazioni e si sente troppo rumore da le altre camere. e troppo caro per quello che ofre. |

La tranquilità e la posizione panoramica Il condizionatore della camera non funzionava, il successivo intervento del "tecnico" non è stato risolutivo, alla richiesta di un nuovo intervento mi è stato detto che poteva avvenire solo la mattina successiva, ho dovuto insistere per farmi spostare di camera e mi sono lamentato per il fatto che sono stato costretto a risistemare tutti i bagagli senza alcuna assistenza |

The Hotel was almost in bankrupcy, no swiming, no restaurant, no pool area.Was a nice hotel but 20years ago. |

Very peaceful location above San Sabastian, great views and lovley souroundings. Easy to get to with GPS. Pool not open in middle of June and there is no restaurant. Unusual for a hotel with that star rating. |

Location was excellent. Restaurant was closed, but almost all restaurants were closed in San Sebastian due to holidays. |

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. A good buffet breakfast was available at reasonable cost. Lack of dining facilities. Directions to hotel were not particularly good as the directions were by road name and they could not be seen easily when driving. |

This is a beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer. We had a rental car so sightseeing was easy. Without a car, it might be difficult to get around because the hotel is a little out of the way - which for us was part of its charm. |

Very clean and nicely furnished rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. I didn't like the fact that when we arrived we were informed that the hotel restaurant was not available that eveening. After travelling all day we expected facilities on site and not to have to get back in the car. We were sent to the local untidy and unswept bar to eat which was not quite what we had in mind when we booked this hotel. |

The location was great, close to San Sebastian but still far enough away on the mountain top to be quiet and remote, very good views. Breakfast was OK but the cost per person was not justified. |

We had a room in the new part of this hotel and found it to be quite comfortable and clean. A fair bit out of the town. Taxi fares range between 10-15 euros. |

The hotel is beautifully located and feels like a resort. Having an onsite restaurant was helpful during our stay because the weather wasn't great and we were able to enjoy a great dinner without going back into San Sebastian for the evening. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Would love to return! The directions given by googlemaps were nearly impassable. There is an easy entry to the hotel coming through San Sebastian. Do not take back road directions given by map routers or gps systems. Hotel was aware of this problem and I recommend that they post this information on website and that booking.com does the same. |
