la gentilezza e la disponibilita' di tutto il personale. nn c'era il frigo bar in camera e il dover pagare anticipatamente la camera e il dover pagare ogni volta gli extra !!!!!! Non e' una casa comada ne' piacevole .Io vivo praticamente negli alberghi per via del mio lavoro e pago sempre tutto !!!!!!!!!!!!! alla partenza . |

Abbiamo apprezzato veramente tutto: disponibilità e professionalità alla reception (risoluzione tempestiva di piccoli imprevisti, prenotazione escursioni, instradamento verso le strutture ed i servizi del posto, etc...), camere confortevoli, piscine eccellenti in numero, qualità e presentazione, servizio ristorante di notevolissima qualità, aree per lo sport ben tenute e fruibili a poco prezzo. Volendo cercare il pelo nell'uovo, direi... la colazione "italiana": sebbene servano tutti i tipi di bevande, dal caffè alla camomilla..., i cornetti sono pessimi e non sono previsti biscotti di nessun tipo. Per chi gradisce la colazione stile continentale l'appunto non vale: c'è una scelta impressionante. |

Gli spazi esterni La presenza di insetti nelle camere,la struttura vecchia,le attese per l'uso delle ascensori,la mancanza di comfort nelle camere,bisognerebbe togliergli almeno una stella,quattro sono veramente troppe. |

Fantastic food on half board offer, free champagne and room upgrade to junior suite for our honeymoon. The pool area is like a suntrap and great for nrelaxing and topping your tan up. Accesibility to all that playa de las americas has to offer is great. Lots of older couples and groups at the hotel wouldnt reccomend to a clubbing holiday but was great for a relaxing break. Also our 'double bed' was actually 2 singles so my new husband often dissappeared down the gap between the 2 beds!!! All in all though a fantastic holiday thanks to all at h10 will return asap! |

Good location, good food, no critical (for us) disadvantages. Partly disassembed power socket - might not be good for children, door to the bathroom did not latch, the key cards require quite an enormous amount of skill to use, queue at the entrance to the restaurant, queue at the exit (!) from the restaurant (they require all drinks to be paid for immediately), all the noises from the corridor can be heard in the rooms. |

Хорошее питание, внимательный персонал, активная и разнообразная анимация для разновозрастных категорий. Теплое отношение к пожилым людям и инвалидам. Благодарны за возможность воспользоваться услугами отеля после check out в случае вылета в вечернее время. Неплохо было бы оснастить стандартные номера минибарами, а также предоставлять халаты и тапочки как во многих отелях Европы аналогичной категории. При предоставлении номеров на шестом этаже c видом на море возможно стоит предупреждать о невозможности просмотра вечерних шоу с балкона ввиду конструктивных особенностей отеля. |

Понравились вечерние программы с участием танцевальных и инструментальных ивенткоманд. хорошая работа с детьми. положительная черта и умение персонала - быть незаметным. расширить зону wi-fi до всей площади отеля. или выдавать доступы с пролонгированным действием более одних суток. выдаваемые чеки с логинами и паролями на неделю, работают не более суток. |
