This was our second visit in two years and both times and I felt we were very well looked after by all members of staff and we enjoyed the large variety of choice during meals. We will be booking a large family gathering in 2010. |

We applied a room for double bed with adultes.I mentioned that we come with two kids of 3 and 5 years old. They didn't notice my comment and at arrival they charged me 700 euro extra to pay. it was a suprise. If I knew before I could have time to change the hotel a bit cheaper. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent seaside location and view over the ocean. Many options for those looking forward for calm vacation at the seaside or romantic weekend. Pool, lush and green environment are great. Old amenities. If you're not the lucky one living on the top floor (6-th) view is not the best one. If possible request a room on 5-th or 6-th floor at ocean-side. |

Excellent Hotel, very clean, staff friendly. Will go back. Our room was over the bin store and each morning between 3.45 - 4.15am the bin truck came and it was very noisey. Also you can hear other rooms TV, toilets, shower etc very loudly. |

only stayed one night and it rained so not really applicable,but the views were good and pool area looked nice the food was not up to the standard i expected and even though it only rained in the day time, the tables and chairs outside were smoking was allowed were left wet |

larges rooms close to beac. Excellent breakfasts. Beautiful grounds excellent facilities waited 45 minutes to check in only to be told room not ready had to wait an hour and a half and then return to queue for another 45 minutes to get our keys |

The landscaping and general Hotel building is outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spotless and the waiting staff always pleasant and friendly. Reception staff very helpful and cheerful even on the hottest & busiest days!! A bit far out from shops etc and the buffet breakfast room etc was so huge it was a bit like eating at a canteen !! The choice of food was good but some of the execution was not great eg. Bacon pale and swimming in a pool of grease was not appetising, burgers at the pool snack bar were very cheap meat but the chips were good! - coffee was hot but tasted awful. |

El que tenga una playa cerca y poder disfrutar de una baño de mar. También sus jardines e instalaciones. Demasiado masificado, lo que originó colas en el servicio entrada y salida, comedores, falta de amacas, utilización de otros servicios. |

los jardines y piscinas del hotel,ya que llevé un niño de 11 meses y lo podía pasear con su carrito tranquilamente, aunque debo decir, que es insuficiente la piscina de los niños ya que la mayoría de los padres también se meten en la piscina con ellos y no caben muchos niños. No me gustó la cuna que me pusieron en la habitación para mi pequeño, ya que corresponde al año de maría castaña, antigua, de barras de hierro, mi niño una de las veces se subío y se cayó para detras y se dio.No me gustó el buffet, ya que a las 8. |

La amabilidad de su personal, lo cerca que está del mar y su piscina. No está muy bien organizado el checking in cuando hay muchas entradas a la vez. Hicimos una cola de 50 minutos contados en el reloj. |

la amabilidad del personal sobre todo de recepción,la piscina,las vistas desde la habitación,etc la última vez lo menos que me gustó fue la comida de la cena y que no hayan tenido en cuenta los comentarios del cliente a la hora de reservar ya que no era la primera vez que íbamos |

Lo mejor las hamacas dobles de la piscina.La pena es que hay pocas y siempre están ocupadas Las camas tienen falta de cambiar,y de restaurar las habitaciones y la cancha de tenis(tiene toda la moqueta levantada).La comida en ésta ocasión había bajado en calidad,no se si la causa era toda la gente que había o era algo que está pasando habitualmente. |

Er gaat om het half uur een shuttle (gratis) naar playa de Americas en dat is maar goed, want het hotel ligt erg achteraf. Het diner-buffet was redelijk goed. Vaak hetzelfde, maar de warme vis was fantastisch.Een redelijk goed hotel voor die prijs. De anaimatie was bedroevend.In de hal/lounge de hele week dezelfde pianist met de hele week dezelfde muziek.Animatie overdag weinig van gemerkt. |

ロケーションも良く、スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。食事もメニューが多彩で日替わりなので飽きない。調理法もオーダ可能。設備が多少古く感じるが、気にならない程度。景観に調和し、値段の割にはコストパフォーマンスは高い（朝、夕食込）。子供は、大変満足でした。 周りに食事をする場所がないため、食事付をお勧めします。唯一欠点とすれば、ミニバーが使えない、シャワーの温度が安定しない、プールのタオルがデポジット制、施設を利用する度に（卓球、ジム等）料金が徴収される等。それを割り引いてもお得と感じる。 |
