professionalità, disponibiltà e la gentilezza del personale.Appartamenti ancora più belli dal vivo e con una reale vista sul mare.letti comodissimi e aria condizionata gestibile da sè. Tv satellitare. Vicino al centro.Siamo stati benissimo! un grazie particolare a tutto lo staff!!! |

Il personale era assolutamente insufficiente per numero, l'adetto notturno era quasi sempre irreperibile e terminava il suo servizio intorno alle ore 1,00; ho avuto dei problemi con l'impianto elettrico della stanza e non sono stati risolti; la pulizia delle stanze (una volta ogni due giorni di cui una saltata) non all'altezza del prezzo richiesto, infine non è consigliabile l'hotel nel mese di agosto per la presenza in zona di folte schiere di napoletani maleducati ed aggressivi |

Location is very good, apartment is good size. The structure is new and nice overall. Swimming pool is big too. Beds were not confortable, little service or assistance from staff |

I think the expression these days is "chilled" music in the bar/restaurant, with views over the beach through palm trees - good food. Great location for both Ibiza Town and the beach. |

Spacious rooms, very clean, amenities good for 3 star. good location near dock for formentera and other trips. staff could be a little more helpful with recommendations for restaurants/activities. |

The Dutch lady on reception was extremely helpful and professional at all times. Our apartment was first floor on the beachfront with great sea views from the terrace. Comfortable beds with good, hard pillows and an excellent power shower in the bathroom. Superb restaurant beneath served excellent evening meals - huge portions at a reasonable price. The bedrooms do not have proper windows which makes you feel clautrophobic. We were on a clubbing holiday so would have liked more options than maid service at 10.30am (only twice weekly) when we were fast asleep! The inclusive breakfast was pathetic: For £1,100 for a week we would at least expect the choice of a proper cooked breakfast. No telephone in the bedroom = no room service. The miserable night porter spoke virtually no English and wasn't particularly helpful. On reflection, for the same money we could have stayed at a four star hotel and got propr service. Our friends were renting 3 bedroom villas for similar money. |

It was in a perfect location. We had an unbelievable view from our room! The room was spacious and clean. Also, the price was much lower than other hotels in the area, so it was a really good deal. I would totally recommend it! It's located in between Ibiza town (15 min walk) and Playa d'en Bossa - a party beach, which was also a 15 min walk. |

Very friendly staff, nice bathroom, very good restaurant "All" belonging to appartments, walking distance to Ibiza centre and walking distance to Playa d'en Bossa Preferable every day new towels |

It was very clean and spacious. We had a terrific view of the sea. The staff are excellent and will call you taxis, provide suggestions for you on places to go, it was a great place to stay. This isn't about the hotel, more the area, it is very quiet at night, and not very lively. Again, not about the hotel at all, thought the hotel was great. |

The hotel has been renovated recently and looks new. The reception has a modern design. The appartment was clean and modern. We did not try the swimming pool, but it looked clean and modern. There is a good restaurant attached. There is a shower on the ground floor where you can shower before leaving, if you wish. The staff told us it would take maximum 15 mins to get to Ibiza centre walking. In fact it takes 30 mins walking fast. There are several bus stops nearby (no info provided by staff). Very warm breakfast room. |

The staff made you feel at home. It was just a warm and wonderfull experienece. They were helpful with directions and transportation as well. I had absolutely no complaints and ive been to multiple european hotels. This one is at the top of my list. It was close proximity to ibza town and on the bus route. sorry that i could not stay longer |

The apartment was really nice with a gorgeous balcony The staff members were kind and friendly. I loved the situation and the pool. The place was peaceful and quiet right when I needed a relaxing break. I hope to return one day! |

Fantastic hotel staff met us. They took care of all our needs.Very nice place on the seashore, close to the center and old town. Internet could be better. It's a bit noisy is you have noisy active neighbors living upstairs :) Thanks, Rudolph and Carlos! And a lady (don't know her name)! :) |
