E'' particolarmente comodo con la metropolitana a 50 m; da lì si raggiunge il centro in 12-13 minuti. Bagno estremamente fornito persino di spazzolino da denti e kit per la barba.Lenzuola pulite e profumate. Mancano le ciabattine. La colazione è varia ma abbastanza standard |

Quiet room The week I stayed there was very cold and the room heating was either too hot and windy or wouldn't switch on without calling the front desk. The upper 100cm of the room was >25 degrees and the lower part 15 degrees. Thsi proble is probabluy due to the Spanish lack of experience with cold weather. |

Nice big room Bathroom to small, and breakfast far too expensive. It said that it served breakfast until 11am. we arrived at 10.20 and there was no food left and the staff were very aggressive and unhelpful. Would never use this hotel for food again. |

I purchased a phone card to allow for phone calls to the states. After three days I was approched by the front desk and informed about an 85E phone bill. I was told that the phone card was not accepted by the hotel. I checked out of the hotrel two days early and returned to the States. |

Very kind and helpfull staff - They gave us very nice restaurant suggestions. It said at booking that the parking costed 17 Euros per day, but it actually costed 27 Euros. |

Location - only 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Within 15 minutes by Metro you can get to the centre. Excellent buffet breakfast offering good variety of food. Hotel staff service oriented and helpful trying to solve any issue immediately. Rooms are big, nice and clean. The only problem I had was an internet connection. I was on the 3rd floor and WiFi signal did not reach me. The WiFi works perfect in the lobby. The truth is that the reception solved the problem immediately and gave me a cable to be on their LAN. Nevertheless, the more people were on the LAN (esp. in the evening), the more often made you disconnected. |

Breakfast included. Beautiful room with view. Lovely facility Didn't have internet accessiblity because hotel did not have adaptor for American computer. However, the front desk helped us find a shop that had adaptors we could purchase and even gave us a city map to help us fid it. |
