La posizione nel centro di Barcellona, la vicinanza alla metropolitana, la spaziosità e la pulizia della camera. Il costo eccessivo della colazione, la dotazione mobiliare un pò usurata e/o rovinata della camera, la posizione della camera su una via ad alto traffico, la non modificabilità della temperatura della stanza. |

Hotel Jazz was a stylish hotel with a helpful staff and beautiful ammenities. The bathroom was extremely nice with a large bathtub and shower. Many of the rooms had views of the city, which were great for people watching. We were able to order a whole pot of coffee up to our room in the morning for just a couple of Euros. There was almost nothing we didn't like other than the soap in the bathroom was very small, which we all had a laugh about. |

Extreme helpfullness from the girls at the front desk, even attempted to put me thru on anEnglish speaking operator even though all the promps were in Spanish. On arrival after after being at the local hospital for 7 hours, still managed to direct up to alocal restaurant even after midnight! |

The location was great, staff friendly and the room was clean with adequate closet and shelve space. More towels needed for the roof pool; staff could had been quicker to supply the towels |

Hotel was exactly as described on your web site. In the centre of Barcelona, with an excellent rooftop pool and sun area. All rooms are soundproof. We stayed on the 7th Floor in an outward facing room, and experienced no noise problem at all. The staff are excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. The cost of the Buffet Breakfast has been reduced to 10 euros per person. |

The location was terrific - only 2 blocks from the Plaza Cataluna. We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge as it was the only room left which was a wonderful bonus. The hotel was contemporary and nicely designed |

The location was perfect. It is 2 mins from the Metro, 5 mins from the airport bus stop, and 5 mins form La Rambla. They only gave a single very small soap each day which was barely large enough for a shower and hand washing.. The A/C vent always blew on one side of the bed (cold for one person)and was not adjustable. |

Everything was of very high standard, staff were most friendly and helpful. My double room was excellent for myself but would have been a bit small for a couple if they spent some time in it. However, being situated 200m from the Plaza Catalunyu and the Ramblas means no reason to stay in the room. |

We thought the hotel was very modern, comfortable and conveniently situated just a short walk from La Ramblas. As city hotels go, it was not particularly overpriced. |

The pool was closed for 2 days of our 4 day stay (for maintenance of the decking) - we were not informed of the inconvenience until the day the pool was due until the day of the closure. The closure was unfortunate as it was one of the few areas to relax. |

The desk staff, especially the daytime man, could not have been more accommodating and helpful with all our first-time visitor needs: directions, restaurant suggestions and reservations, etc. The location near the tourist bus and La Rambla was great. We liked the contemporary design of our room and the hotel in general. Of three nights, two happened to be when there were demonstrations/celebrations in the square nearby: May Day and the European soccer victory, so the noise was not conducive to sleeping. This was not the fault of the hotel, however, as any other hotel in the area probably had the same problem. A central location has some trade-offs. |

Hotel was clean, right at the center, 2 minutes walk to Placa Catalunya. Staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms were cleaned and sheets were replaced everyday, staff gave very good recommendations on places to eat. Breakfast is pricey, even the express breakfast which includes coffee and pastry is expensive. one can find cheaper places right near the hotel. |

I liked the location of the hotel it was very convenient for all activities.also the staff were very helpful and friendly Would have preferred more fruit for breakfast - more healthly options- for 15 euro |
