Le camere sono ampie,pulite e ben arredate.Il servizio bar che si trova nelle camere c'è stato dato gratuitamente.La prima colazione è abbondante e di qualità. Giudizio finale molto positivo |

Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e pronto a dare le informazioni richieste. Un intervento di manutenzione straordinaria della doccia in camera è stato realizzato entro cinque minuti dalla richiesta. Il personale mi ha assistito per il recupero delle valigie che si erano smarrite all'aeroporto. La mancanza di un bar per i clienti. |

Conveniently located in a quiet district, spacious and comfortable. We were first offered smoking room, even if our reservation explicitly stated - non smoking. It was however no problem to ultimately get a non-smoking room. |

Nice spacious suites... If i were to go to madrid again, i would stay somewhere a bit closer to the centre.. taxis had to be used constantly, but saying that taxis are cheap. |

El Madrono was exellent hotel. Rooms were quit big and nice. Cleaning and all services worked very well. Location near the metro station was perfect. Parking hall at the same bilding made thinks very easy. |

Excellent acoomodation with large clean and well equiped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location and arrangements for a city break and for business trip. Haven't tried the breakfast or the restaurant. |

Nice location. Staff very friendly. There was a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in a kitchette area but no coffee. Otherwise very nice. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The mini bar was stocked with complimentary soft drinks and replaced with no charge. The room was easy big enougn for 3 of us and there was plenty of storage space for our things. Breakfast was excellent There was no bar at the hotel and you could only buy drinks if eating in the restaurant. The hotel guide in the room was in several languages but not in English which we found odd. |

Le confort du lit, grande chambre avec petit coin cuisine et coin lecture; proximité du métro; petit déjeuner agréable mais sans trop de choix (peut être arrivions nous tard : 10h). Nous avions réservé un grand lit pour nos trois nuits; il a fallu réclamer pour avoir satisfaction pour nos deux dernières nuits. |

la habitacion es buenisima, con cocineta incluida si alguien la quiere usar. La parada del metro a 100 metros. superlimpio, excelente. The hotel is excellent, it's very clean. pues nada, todo bien. Nothing, all it´s OK. |

Hyfsat bra läge och vänlig personal Är man på semester, så vill man inte att det ska smällas i dörrar från kl 7 på morgonen. Man måste ha någonting som tar emot dörren när den "smäller" igen. |
