Bellissima struttura moderna con piscina e un buffet a colazione strepitoso!! Assolutamente consigliato, camera bella e ben arredata. Vicino al puerto e con fermata autobus per marbella centro di fronte..i taxi sono sempre li in attesa...meglio di cosi! |

la disponibilita dello staff.la pulizzia, e la piscina le camere sono ancora vecchie rispetto alla hall molto moderna ed inoltre la spa o centro estetico e' troppo piccola e mal organizzata |

Every bedroom overlooked the swimming pool and the sensible opening times in the restaurant. Very little entertainment in the evenings and the hotel had no small quiet sitting rooms. |

being convenient yes, I specifically asked the receptionist that if there was any charges for local phone calls. I was told no charges for under 3 minutes calls. Upon checking I was given a 25 Euro phone bill for mostly unasnwered phone calls. What a surprise! Very nasty move! |

Helpful staff at the front desk, lovely breakfast, excellent decor and desigh features. Stayed a secon d night and were offered a roadside bedroom that was very noisy. |

we had the use of the privelege room which was very good. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was very good. for a privelege deluxe room we felt it was a bit small and it had twin beds just pushed together to make a double which moved apart in the night. |

Comfortable room, very nice staff and lovely tasty dinner and breakfast. Hotel corridors smelt a bit musty, but the main atrium, dining room and the room were perfect. |

The food was good, & the hotel decor was good. We felt that the staff in the dinning room were less than friendly, whilst in the bar area there was a shortage of staff waiting on tables. Again a distinct lack of friendlieness from staff to guests.Also in order to exit the hotel via a rear door a specific card is required, which no one gave us or told us about when we checked in. We feel that the level of welcome from the staffleaves a lot to be desired. |

Food, pool area, good location We had 2 nights of interrupted sleep from noisy/drunk guests- arguing,slamming doors etc which is the sort of thing we would expect from a lower star/cheaper hotel. |

I spent 2 nights in this hotel in late September. The main entrance has a spanish Hacienda type look to it with taxis parked outside for easy travel around town.The staff were helpful and attentive and a generous breakfast was provided. The lobby was very spacious and there was a pianist playing 'old favourites' in the evening. The room was kept clean. The rooms looked a little tired. The one I was allocated on the 4th floor had a small balcony that was situated so as to get alot of the days sunshine. However, it overlooked the main highway. It is also quite far away from Marbella town. However, if Puerto Banus is your cup of tea, it is only a short stroll away, via the Casino. I thought the place over priced. And neither of the swimming pools is large enough to swim in. |

The design of the lobby was very relaxing. The rooms were comforatble and clean and there was good choice at breakfast. The bar menu food was not great , the toasted sandwiches were horrible. |
