hotel immerso nel verde con una vista della costa di Marbella, pulito, elegante, camere spaziose e ricca colazione un po' distante dal mare e se non hai la macchina risulta difficoltoso arrivarci |

The king size bed & the room balcony. Thats the only thing! What I did not like are the following: the Delux room was run down and old! For example, the floor is old and is clearly showing, there is no diverse Bathroom amenities as in other 5 star hotels. The fridge made strong noise at night and even during the day. With all respect to all, but some of the staff at the receiption mostly not exactly professional as a 5 star hotel should usually be. Even credit card facilities did not exist and they had to arrange everything manually. Breakfast was poor and not diverse as in other 5 star hotels. Even the road to the hotel is run down and old. All in all, the hotel looks old and for sure its 5 star hotel classification should be disputed! |

Breakfast was excellent and good value for money EUR12.500 per person +10% service charge. Pool area is nice though no music played.The British waitress (blonde) that serves at the breakfast area was cheerful, very natural and professional while the portuguese waitress (brunette) had an attitude problem! Location is far away from down town of Puerto Banus. Hotel should be classified as a 4 star and not a 5 star. Staff are rude at Front Desk, we complained to Rooms Division Manager about the location of our room and negative attitude of the front desk staff. |

golf & swimming pool no cleaning - no towels in room or turn down - should be normal for 5 * - food lunch -dinner and special nights (barbecue) over charged and poor car needed to eat out in area |

I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed. The fact that I asked for a no-smoking room, and I was given a room with ash trays. Since it did not smell of smoke, I did not ask for another room or complain.. |

prima kamers,prima golfbaan, uitstekende bedden ontbijt erg duur, en geen alternatief,wel prima, maar 12 euro teveel.wij vinden de keuken in het restaurant zeer matig, het japanse restaurant prima. |

Het is een prachtig en schoon verblijf en alle luxe die je kan wensen. onze kamer was aan een doorgaande weg gelegen naar een volgend dorpje, overdag als je op het balkon zat dan hoor je het verkeer wel in de kamer zelf hadden we er weinig last van als alle ramen dicht zijn er is airco aanwezig. De kamers aan de kant van het zwembad heeft alle rust die aangegeven staat op uw website. |

La cama del hotel era muy amplia y cómoda, amplitud de la habitación,la decoración. Los botones de la puerta no nos ayudaron a subir el equipaje a la habitación. |

O quarto é mt bom e confortável O facto de chegar 20minutos atrasado ao pequeno almoço , quando a sala está ainda composta por vários clientes, não me permitirem a entrada,nem me oferecerem a hipotese de um café e um croissant |

De ontvangst door het personeel was goed, professioneel en service-gericht. Kamer was mooi en zeer ruim, bovendien schoon. Mooi uitzicht over golfbaan en zee (in de verte). |

Nous avons sejourné avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 7 ans idéal pour notre petite famille pour allier détente farmiente shopping a puerto banus et club enfant sans oublier la mer car nous étions véhiculés. tout était au top |

Отель не плохой, но мне не очень понравилось, что отель находился так далеко от Пуэрто Бануса. Туда ходил автобус, но дорога не прямая и зачастую были пробки. На пляже, куда возил автобус, в Сан-Пэдро песок, но в воде много камней. Вода в бассейне хлорированная, лучше изменить на ионнизационную систему очитски воды. |
