Durante il soggiorno ho potuto apprezzare la cordialità del personale e la grande disponibilità nella risoluzione dei problemi eventualmente accorsi

Diciamo che l'aspetto migliorabile è la varietà del menù che rimane abbastanza stabile nei giorni, pur essendro apprezzabile comunque. Una cosa da migliorare di sicuro è la schifosa abitudine di occupare fino dalla sera precedente I posti in piscina, che praticamente nega ai clienti più educati che quindi non fanno questo, a dover rinunciare ad un servizio che comunque è stato pagato e magari anche ricercato. Beh l'hotel, ma tutti in genere non solo questo, dovrebbero regolare meglio la questione che sinceramente considero davvero antipatica e mi capita ovunque in ogni hotel andato a soggiornare.E' Ora di finirla con questa maleducazione, in genere poi di tedeschi ed inglesi che non mettono mai piede al mare e non li giustifica !!!!

We enjoyed the friendly and relaxed staff and atmosphere.Layout and surroundings are excellent.Everything was clean,neat and well cared for.

Hotel was nice but not 4 star. (our mind 3+) Staff was very nice,(except housekeeper, they were not very trusty). Pool and garden was the best part of hotel, room was standard, nice but not luxus.

We booked this hotel 6 month earlier and asked one big bed, we were very disappointed what we get; twin beds!

The location is okay close the the beach and not far from puerto benous

The hotel staff are rude, breakfast was of a very poor quality. This is defiantly not a 4 star more like holiday apartments with a reception

The room’s furniture is very old and in poor condition, the a/c is not cooling properly and the room temperature is very hot during the day, the fridge is not cooling at all and it has no shelves. The entire hotel is in need of total renovation.

Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable, clean, aircon, tv, balcony, various pool areas, gym, top class breakfasts, different bars, entertainment & dinners on site, recreation, close to beach.

The room was lovely and comfortable, very well airconditioned, nice and spacious with easy access to swimming pool, restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely and friendly especially the night staff when coming in late at 3/4am!!...and extremely helpful with directions and travel arrangements. Hotel is well situated with buses and taxis on the doorstep. It has a lovely balance of a nice quiet atmosphere but with excellent activities to keep people entertained. Couldnt beleive the balance of ages from very young to very old and all seem to enjoy themselves. Had an excellent stay and will definitely return.

Stayed half board and the food was an exceptional standard for a hotel of its size. We usually go out for meals but stayed in every evening! The cleanliness and the room service were excellent.

I thought the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming. I also thought breakfast catered for all tastes.
