Le saponette. La piscina troppo piccola, Impossibilità di parcheggio, Il Bistrò, Lo stile esterno troppo vecchio, Le reception separate, I servizi/infrastrutture troppo piccoli per il numero di persone che l'hotel poteva ospitare. |

Hotel eccellente!!! Posizione fantastica (sul mare ma a 50 mt dal centro storico)..confort ai più alti livelli..staff gentilissimo..Da consigliare (e di hotel ne ho visti tanti!!!) Se ritenete cara la colazione (15 €) , a fianco c'è un bellissimo bar con vista sulla spiaggia. Una ricca colazione a 4 € |

I wasn't well during our stay and the hotel arranged for a Dr and a taxi to get medicine from the Pharmacy which was very good of them. We also needed an interpreter because the Dr didn't speak very good English which was very helpful. It would have been nice to have coffe/tea making facilities in the room. |

Excellent position on the Beach and Marina. Breakfast was first class. Booked a double room but it had two singles pushed together to look like a double bed. |

Relaxing by the pool area. Large bedroom to relax in. The food was very expensive, which was a shame as we would have liked to have eaten in the hotel. |

the location of the hotel and the 'level' room and louge no info in the room at all about facilities, services etc, and no hotel car park - the public car park next door cost 18 euros a day |

Good quality,smart hotel in ideal location for beach and harbour area. Plenty of facilities. Good sized rooms with double glazed doors, which kept any noises outside to a minimum.(festival week- brilliant). Staff friendly and efficient. Plenty of choice at breakfast. |

The staff were great and the hotel was in a great location. We stayed on The Level and it was great. One of our days the Level dinks and snacks area was shut but we still paid the same price for the night. This is something I need to consider if I am to stay there again, that you ripped me off. |

The location of the hotel was fantastic - very close to both the beach and the town. Our room was of good size with a direct sea view. The hotel staff who checked us in and out and the cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. |

The hotel was beautiful. The location was excellent being so close to the beach, and the staff were exceptional. I would go back, and recommend this hotel to friends. A wonderful stay! |
