Nice location, close to the beach and still providing their own swimming pools if you don't feel like laying in the sand. 4 km from Marbella centre but easily reachable with own car or taxi. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room (suite) was very nice with a big terrace. Although included we always skipped breakfast so I cannot comment on that. |

We found this hotel very relaxing not over crowded with children and quiet .Staff excellant very attentive . A little disappointing the lower restaurant and bar not open |

Nice staff, pools and beach. The rooms are large and well appointed as well as very clean with nice views. I thought the resaturants were disappointing: the food was good but unadventurous and it was a serious shame that with all the open space the restauarants arein a basement. I would suggest they move it to the pool bar area. |

closeness to sea walks, staff, it lacked atmosphere in the evening - very few people around however it was off season and this may explain it. I loved the conversatory during the day time, but it was a bit unsettling going to room at night - maybe the lighting was a bit low for October, this would not be the case in the summer months. |

The pool area is good and easy to get to the beach, also enjoyed having sauna/jacuzzi facilities in the hotel The hotel is fairly isolated between marbella and porto benous, without supermarket in close walking distance. No tea/coffee facilities so no other option than to use the over priced mini bar for drinks, and food from the bar is also expensive. |

Nice view to the sea 1. Hotel asked us on the frist day when we are leaving?? 2. Minibar was not working for 2 days! 3. Neighbours have been yelling all night - security was unable to stop - rubish excuses on the next day from the hotel. 4. Very unfriendly staf - asked three times if we are really guests? FAZIT: definatly not woth the money!!! |

The pool is fantastic, the rooms were clean and spacious and the pool bar had lovely food. For the price of the rooms they should include breakfast or at least have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. There are no shops nearby so you struggle to eat cheaply or to have snacks. One pool boy was rude to us saying we couldn't sit on 2 sun loungers as there were flip-flops there and that the person may come back. They never did come back, so you have to get places by the pool early. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in an ideal location for us, not too close to the hustle and bustle of Marbella and within easy walking distance from P.Banus The only problem was the directions to the hotel but not the hotel itself. There wasn't any signs to the hotel, and the sign posts to Marbella weren't easy to see. |

Good size rooms, excellent location, friendly staff. Stated no parking available - In fact, plenty of parking spaces. Booked a double room, the reality is twin beds pushed together. |

El trato de todo el personal ha sido exquisito. La ubicación es muy buena y la zona muy tranquila. Está a falta de renovación. El restaurante y la cafeteria son caros (por ej. un café 3 euros) y cobraban por las hamacas de la playa y del beach club, con el precio que tienen las habitaciones deberían de estar incluídos. |
