Ottima posizione sul lungomare di Palma, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici da e per l'aeroporto. Ampia zona relax con piscina e solarium da cui si gode una splendida vista sulla cattedrale e sul porto turistico. Le stanze che si affacciano sulla strada sono un po troppo rumorose. |

La hall è spettacolare...le camere abbastanza grandi e circondate di specchi che coprono tutta la parete, molto belle...la posizione vicino ai locali...lo staff in piscina, pranzare era un piacere (mettono a disposizione anche le asciugamano gratuitament)...la spa, con 10 € fai tutto il circuito idrotermale (sauna bagno turco idromassaggio ecc.)...la professionalità e la gentilezza dello staff...la sera c'era anche piano bar, si vede che è un albergo di un certo livello...consiglio di prendere le camere con vista sul mare, costa qualcosa in più ma ne vale sicuramente il prezzo, noi non ce l'avevamo ed è l'unica cosa di cui mi so pentito...dall'aereoporto prendete l'autobus n. 1 vi lascia sul lungomare a 150 mt dall'hotel(fermata auditorium) il mobilio della camera un pò vecchiotto ma x quanto possa servire avere la scrivania nuova...il divanetto magari nuovo sarebbe stato meglio(i letti cmq erano molto comodi e larghi)....la mattina quelle delle pulizie facevano rumore forse perchè hnno degli armadi a muro dove tengono la roba che gli necessita...la connessione a internet cara 4 € mezz'ora |

Lo staff cordiale ed educato, la pulizia e l'ordine, la posizione topografica, l'arredo elegante, la grandezza e la vista. L'arredamento delle stanze un po povero ed antiquato..e la connessione ad internet a pagamento e molto cara |

We wanted a relaxing break. The location of the hotel is wonderful.Rooms a little dated, clean, we had a room to the back, there is a night club at street level and the noise went on until 7 am friday and saturday nights, as we live in a city this did not annoy us as we are accustomed to traffic and noise at night. I would stay there again, staff is buisness like and pleasant. Good value for money, would have liked Wi-Fi roaming in the hotel. (pay only) |

A fabulous location overlooking all the superyachts in the marina. Lots of selection for eating. A bit noisy on a Friday night due to parties in the street and in the local bars. |

The hotel is in an ideal location in Palma City. We found the hotel was a very clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and full of local knowledge. The swimming pool area and spa were excellent. Our seaview room was very clean with an excellent views of the harbour. We found nothing at the hotel which we didnt like. |

I liked the staff in the restuarant and bar areas and at reception and I liked the reception area it was lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Although the room was clean I felt it was a but dated and in need of re- decoration but this is just my observation. |

The hotel staff were really helpful and did their best to make things good despoite the weather. Check-in took a long time as there were only 2 people on the desk. Cleaning could have been better - found a cork on the floor a couple of days after arrival that wasn't ours. |

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the marina and bay of Palma. It is easy to walk into the city centre from the hotel. However there are taxi and bus transport also available just in front of the hotel entrance. |
