L'albergo è centralissimo per la sera. Si trova proprio sul Paseo Maritimo dove ci sono I ristoranti ed I locali notturni. E' proprio di fronte il porto turistico di Palma e con I suoi 14 piani si vede benissimo anche da lontano. E' fronte strada e fronte porto turistico. Inoltre di fronte l'albergo c'è la fermata del bus che porta all'aeroporto.

Attenzione alle addette della pulizie! Sono state capaci di entrare in camera alle 8,30 del mattino, senza bussare mentre eravamo a letto. Tale situazione si è ripetuta per ben 5 volte durante il soggiorno durato 7 notti. Addirittura durante una mattina sono entrate per ben 3 volte ! Inaudito. Sono poco organizzati nelle pulizie considerato che l'albergo è un 4 stelle. Per evitare tutto ciò è bene lasciare il cartello "do not disturb" fuori dalla porta dalla sera prima. Le camere inoltre non sono tutte uguali: alcune sono veramente belle e moderne, altre vecchie e meno attrezzate. Io l'ho riscontrato a causa di un cambio camera.

Il comfort della camera ottimale, la posizione sul paseo maritimo vicina al centro con 15 minuti di passeggiata, la colazione superba a buffet, il personale disponibilissimo e il garage per la macchina affittata a soli 12€ al giorno. Grazie tryp bellver. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

The location was perfect, middle of everything in Palma

The hotel was of a good standard. Nice room, good pool, relaxed atmosphere. Well located just across the road from the marina.

Service and attention to detail was excellent. Reception staff made you feel very welcome and service from the lounge bar was prompt and professional. Choice of breakfast was vast and quality of food of very high standard. It was my partners birthday during our stay and a complimentary bottle of champagne was left in the room for him which was a lovely gesture.

Was disappointed that there was only limited fitness facilities and due to the time of year these were not accessible. I would expect a hotel of this standard to have facilities available throughout the year and not just limited to the summer months.

Good hotel for business travellers. Clean, but not brand new. Looks as it was renovated in 90s. Sea view is worthwhile, it is really good. Code deposit box in the room. Breakfast has a wide choice of food. Location is convinient. Local bus stop just before the hotel. Bus stop may be used to go to Palma airport with Bus 1.

Bit noisy. Staff was unable promptly help with WiFi connection of laptop.

Great location we walked everywhere. The non English speaking Housekeeping Staff were extremely helpful they immediately produced an electric adapter to allow me to charge my phone. The breakfasts were wonderful if expensive at Euro 17.59 once we signed up for the special MAS loyalty card we only had to pay for 1 breakfast each morning as we got one free.

Needs a face lift! The Reception Staff were according to themselves much too busy to assist me in borrowing an adapter. The Dining Room staff were generally snooty, unhelpful and inefficient we had lunch there the day we were leaving were 45 mins asking for desert menu had to leave for airport without it.
