The hotel lobby and pool look extremely attractive. Staff was very helpful. Rooms large with two big comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. Good shower. Nice balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. Superb location, sea 5 minutes walk, live music absolutely everywhere, good shops, good restaurants. Buffet breakfast was extensive. No waste bin in the room (only in bath room) and a hotel of this class should have much better toiletries. |

Breakfast was wonderful, pool area very nice and location exellent, did`t need to use taxi at all. I booked the room from internet for three people, two adults and one 17 year old girl. The internet site gave me price 711 euros. When i went to hotel they told me that 17 years old is not a child and total cost became 789 euros. |

Best Tenerife has the following qualities: (1) You have a bus station in front of your hotel, so it was extremely easy to use the free busses for going to Jungle Park, Siam Park, Aqualand and other trips. (2) The breakfast and dinner was served during 3 hours and you have plenty of time to do all activities you want during day and not loosing breakfast or dinner. (3) The food was excellent, especialy at dinner. (4) Great swimming pool. (5) You can book directly from the hotel all trips, you can buy tickets to all the great parks in Tenerife, you can rent cars, bikes. All in one is a good choice, we were extremely enchanted about this hotel and services. |

Staff was freindly and helpful. Nice hotel for price. Room was really basic. Had to pay extra if you wanted iron, safe box. Was loud at times, overall not bad. |

Greit hotell, sentralt til strender, strandpromenaden, resturanter og butikker. Det har også bra svømmebasenger for alle aldre. Rene håndklær |

la situation de l'hôtel, la propreté et confort des chambres. le personnel est particulièrement agréable et professionnel. chambre à libérer pour midi comme en majeur des cas mais une chambre est mis a disposition durant 1 heure ce qui permet de continuer de profiter de la piscine ou plage quand le départ a lieu plus tard. un metre najeur un peu ferme avec les enfant les empêchant de jouer dans la piscine |

isu sutuación Buffet, malo y escaso en horas limite de cierre, mala organizacion metre, trato serio mas preocupados del control de pagos que del servicio al cliente-Desayuno continental en salon sin luz- No han cambiado sabanas en 4 días- Mala calidad animación - En toda la restauracion mucha prisa en recoger a horario limite- Habitación muy corriente- Es un hotel por servicio e instalaciones de 3 estrellas. |

De kamers waren prima on orde en zeer schoon. Elke dag schone handdoeken en bedden werden keurig opgemaakt.Het eten was voortreffelijk en zeer gevarieerd.Echt een aanrader. |

De service, het eten,schoon,vriendelijk personeel. ,n beetje gehorig (de kamers) maar geen probleem. Dit is het beste hotel wat wij tijdens vakantie,s gehad hebben. |

Uitstekende en vriendelijke medewerkers, met name complimenten aan de receptie! Zwembadgedeelte is prima. Mooi uitzicht op 6e verdieping, zwembad- zijde. Prima locatie. Slechte bedden. Eten (ontbijt en diner) is van bedroevend niveau en daarbij erg Engels georienteerd (en dan ben ik toch echt niet iemand die snel klaagt). Animatie (binnen) allesbehalve de moeite waard. Kamers zijn erg gehorig. Al met al is dit hotel absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Met dit eten zouden 3 sterren zelfs overgewaardeerd zijn. Helaas, maar waar. |
