La cucina. Il cibo veramente cattivo e poco vario

Ho apprezzato la vicinanza al mare e la presenza delle due piscine. Inoltre la cura per il giardino e la notevole vegetazione hanno contribuito a creare un clima fresco e gradevole nonostante il gran caldo

L'animazione, a seguito del fallimento della Teorema, era ridotta ai minimi termini e i pasti erano troppo "tedeschi" o se preferite continentali piuttosto che estivi. Gli orari della cena, anche per gli italiani, sono un po' ristretti (20-22)

cibo ripetitivo e non di ottima qualità, bibite allungate e solo poche comprese nell'all inclusive, spiaggia 500 metri a piedi percorso di sabbia, discoteca insesistente, camerieri davano fretta nei pranzi

Struttura molto buona. La sistemazione in bungalow è particolare e molto gradita. Bellissima piscina. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, ma anche per giovani.

La cucina potrebbe essere migliorata, soprattutto per la disponibilità di piatti tipici spagnoli; è comunque di buona qualità. Per arrivare in spiagge c'è da attraversare una pineta, circa 500 mt.

Amazingly friendly staff, even after the very busy season they had. We stayed here in September and it was all so quiet. With the Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca right next to it, the location is suberb. Great facilities with a nice swimming pool, fitness,... And across the road at 150m from the resort you have this pretty quiet beach of Playa del Muro. The buffet was excellent and varied. They take high standards of hygiene. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were excellent throughout our stay; thoughtful and attentive from reception to the restaurant and bar. Our 13 month old son loved the Blue bay and with good reason- we would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly, with great facilities, an idyllic setting (including a stunning, quiet bech across the road), and the best of Mallorca in easy reach.

Hotel staff and food are the best at this hotel. Staff is always prepared to help you whatever you need. Great variety of food at the restaurant.

The 'all inclusive' system is not real... most items at bar menu are not 'inclusive'; also, bungalows could have a better airconditioning system (one room was freezing while the other was warm); kids mini club doesn't exist...

The variety of food was good. Hotel staff were good, freindly and helpful. The pool was really clean and all facilities were well maintained. Accommodation was ok but as you'll not be spending much time inside it didn't matter.

A major problem was the 'entertainment' provided in the evenings.For a family hotel complex it was far too loud and went on too late. The pa system was simply too loud and was cause our 6 month old baby to stay awake. On two occassions, I went to the reception desk to complain but was told that they couldn't do anything about the sound levels as it was run by a seperate company. This is the only reason why I could not foresee returning to the resort. I would also not recommend it to freinds based on the inappropriate & ridiculously loud entertainment. It was not a problem that it was only in Italian - but the volume caused the whole family problems when trying to sleep, If this problem could be resolved. I would definitely book again

Excellent service, lovely one bed bugalow with sun beds on own terrace, and superb mediteranean food - not maybe for british tastes, but we loved it.

1e week van sept 2009 geweest; heerlijk groot zwembad met genoeg ligbedden; zeer nette vrijstaande bungalowtjes met eigen terras;all inclusive; eten was er genoeg en elke dag wat anders(af en toe de magnetron gebruiken) toetjes+vers fruit was heerlijk;het heerlijke strand 5 min lopen +stadje om de hoek; de bus voor de deur;wij gaan zeker terug; gr. Peter(50) en Christie(52)

Het eten was niet altijd heet, maar dat kwam misschien omdat het niet meer zo druk was; er stond in het restaurant wel een magnetron; Het was jammer, dat er savonds (1x optreden van dansgroep) geen animatie was, terwijl er wel een podium en goede muziekinstallatie was; Maar in Can Picafort (binnen 10 min.) was het gezellig.

Het was er erg rustig aan het einde van het seizoen en de ligging is gunstig voor diverse activiteiten.

Het feit dat we 2 weken vooraf gebeld werden, dat het hotel de laatste 2 dagen van onze boeking ging sluiten in verband met de lage bezettingsgraad. Er werd op aandringen wel gezorgd voor een vervangend hotel op 5 km afstand. Gevolg was wel een verhuizing van onze spullen en daardoor een verlies van ruim een halve dag.

Bungalows con cocina. La cercania a la playa y a otros municipios muy bonitos, se puede dejar el coche en un parking a la entrada sin coste, buffet muy cuidado, personal del restaurante buffet y cafeteria muy amable.

Sobretodo, lo más molesto, hormigas en el baño (bañera), en la habitación y en la cocina,se entiende que está en un entorno natural cerca de la albufera y bungalows independientes al aire libre pero creo que es un problema facil de solucionar. Limpieza muy superficial y recepcionistas poco orientados al cliente.
