la colazione al bufet e l'hotel vicino alla spiaggia purtroppo l'hotel ha dei limiti di sonorizzazione...se ti capita un gruppo di tedeschi, che fanno casino in camera invece che uscire a divertirsi ,non chiudi occhio. |

Location and the view No double bed, only single beds exist in this hotel which is not so comfortable and the hotel is a bit old although some renovated parts are nice |

It is close to the airport which doesn't really matter if you know how the buses work. It is right on the beach. Rooms are OK. I though that I had suddenly woken from a 30 year coma and had finished up in a German retirement home. The cooked breakfast was terrible, but the rest was good. |

I have paid extra for 20 euros for a queeen size bed and supposely to get the internet and the CNN Eurosports and bbc news...This is not a fair dealThe price should include this and make it available at the website...but not when u arrfive at the hotel to ask for more money foe all these The internet was not working and I was very upset because no one knew how to fix it from the reception area.People must learn to say the truth......ITs not free we like extra or we are very ignorant..we are new in this business...we are under training.......and much more....this is true what am saying because I have reserved and booked for three nights and the service was terrible so I left... |

Lugnt hotel. Mycket äldre. Trevlig personal. Bra rum och hotellet har fintläge vid stranden.Busshållplats nära hotellet både till flygplatsen och city. Tidig frukost serverades på söndagen då jag sprang marathon.Kommer gärna tillbaka. Bara att duschen var lite opålitlig med temperaturen |

Die Lage am Strand war optimal, das Stadtzentrum von Palma ist gut zu erreichen, Flughafen nicht weit weg, Hotel machte einen renovierten Eindruck ( Möbel, Teppiche Türen alles neu), Toiletten im öffentlichen Bereich waren sauber, Frühstücksbufett war reichhaltig und frisches Obst war auch vorhanden. Der Strandabschnitt war zum Glück nicht ganz so bevölkert, wie am Balenario 6 ( Hotel befindet sich am Ballenario 11), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und medizinische Dienste befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Hotel ist etwas hellhörig |

Θα το χαρακτήριζα κλασικό τουριστικό, σχετικά παλιό ξενοδοχείο. Είναι καθαρό γενικά και το πρόγευμα/δείπνο είναι ικανοποιητικά. Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή αν ενδιαφέρεστε να περάσετε το περισσότερο χρόνο στην παραλία, αν και η θάλασσα δεν είναι καλύτερη από ότι σε ελλάδα και κύπρο. Οι πετσέττες θαλάσης διατήθενται δωρεάν (με εγγύηση 20 ευρώ) και μπορείς να τις αλλάζεις καθημερινά. A classic touristic, beach hotel. Location is good if your interested in spending your time on the beach. It is clean and the breakfast/dinner is good. Beach towels are available and can be changed daily. Κατά πρώτον το ξενοδοχείο (όπως και όλο το νησί) είναι γεμάτο γερμανούς, εξ' ου και ο προσανατολισμός του. Είναι αλήθεια ότι όταν είχαμε παει (τέλος αυγούστου) ήταν γεμάτο μεγάλης ηλικίας πελάτες, κυρίως γερμανούς. Τα δωμάτια έχούν τα βασικά και είναι παλιά. Υπάρχουν ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια (όλα με θέα την θάλασσα) αλλά υπάρχει έξτρα χρέωση (12 ευρώ). Γενικό σχόλιο είναι ότι είναι υπερτιμημένο ξενοδοχείο. Το προσωπικό (για να είμαι δίκαιος οι άνδρες) δεν είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, αν και δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα συνενόησης. A German-oriented hotel (as the hole island). We visited end of august and was full of senior Germans. Rooms are basic, yet old. Renovated rooms are available at extra cost of 12 Euro. Generally the hotel is overpriced. |

La proximite de la plage (face à l'hotel) et de la ville principale de l'ile Palma (15 min en bus -arrêt derrière l'hotel). les piscines extérieure et intérieure sont un plus ainsi que le jaccuzi. Le confort est sommaire dans la chambre : lits jumeaux, sommier cassé, oreillers peu confortables, clim difficile à régler, bidet dans la sdb et toillettes collées à la baignoire. Décoration vieillote. |

Vistelsen var helt okey vad beträffar läget,men vi tyckte inte att hotellet uppfyllde kriteriet för att vara fyrstjärnigt då vi bott på en del fyrstjärninga hotell tidigare. Städningen var så där det slarvades en del och man kände sig tvungen att äta frukost så att de fick komma in och bädda. Servicen/bemötandet vid frukosten/baren varierade en hel del. Frukosten var för övrigt helt okey och även bemötandet från personalen i receptionen, Men jag tror inte vi kommer boka där igen då vi bott på andra hotell med bättre bemötande/service med både tre- och fyrastjärnor. Med andra ord det är inte bara ytan som betyder något. |
