Ottima posizione e cura dei giardini, la piscina interna con jacuzzi anche se piccola, veramente piacevole. Pochi italiani. Ottimo buffet colazione in stile internazionale. Wireless gratis nelle stanze. |

Giardino curato, molto bello. Struttura sufficente perchè prenotata con ottimo prezzo di booking, se avessimo pagato il prezzo pieno non saremmo rimasti soddisfatti. Cucina passabile. Spiaggia molto sporca, senza un minimo di manutenzione. 3 postazioni internet a pagamento di cui una sempre fuori servizio e le altre due utilizzate per ore solo da bambini. In piscina sdraio non a sufficenza per tutti gli ospiti e già tutte occupate fin dal mattino presto.Piscina coperta con jacuzzi non controllata dovrebbe essere una zona dove rilassarsi ma di pomeriggio viene utilizzata da adolescenti per tuffi e schiamazzi. Piscine all'aperto non controllate e super super affollate, nonostante il poco spazio in piscina molti bambini utilizzavano materassini e addirittura canotti.Pulizie camere la minima indispensabile, specchio bagno mai pulito,cambio lenzuola dopo una settimana. |

Colazione FENOMENALE,posizione tranquilla per una vacanza relax e comoda per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle e meno rovinate da hotel orrendi. Un hotel come questo dovrebbe far cambiare le lenzuola ogni giorno. |

colazione abbondante staff gentile pasti non compresi nel prezzo economici e abbondanti lo staff parlava tutte le lingue europee tranne l'italiano (ma si sforzavano di capire) spiaggia vicina all'hotel sporca rumore proveniente dalla strada vicina distanza dall'unico aereoporto e prezzo elevato dei trasporti aereoporto-hotel abbiamo avuto un diverbio sul pagamento |

Lovely setting between the sea and the nature reserve, excellent facilities, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, near some beautiful sights: a great experience all round. |

Food Maintenance noise, dirty beach, very firm and uncomfortable beds with waterproof matress protector (I'm not a baby you know). We had to pay extra $180 to move to a suite because all other options were much noisier. And even in the suite I woke up twice from their walkway cleaning machine at 7am. |

The hotel was good, not luxurious though. It is slightly isolated, but there is a bus connection to Pollensa or Alcudia. The hotel buildings have nice terraces or private balconies. I was staying alone, so my room was not big, but ok for 1 person. The food was vast, maybe sometimes too heavy, but there was a big variety, so everyone could find what was best for him. The hotel staff was helpful. Good hotel for family holidays, calm and relaxing. I had a half-board (breakfast and dinner) and I had to pay for the drinks during dinner while all the drinks during breakfast were included to the price. Also I couldn't use the facilities (E.G., sauna) for free with my half-board card. |

The well kept grounds & interesting landscaping/gardens plus the look and feel of the accomodation. The small pool (near where i stayed) was good too. Also, if you had a car, easy access to local towns such as Pollenca, Port de Pollenca & Alcudia, the Mountains and Cap Formentor. Plus the ease of getting on the motorway and going to Palma (40 mins drive) for daytrips. I also liked the way the hotel complimented the local environment and surrounding national park. Probably my only criticisms would be on the food front which catered too much to German, British & Dutch tastes for me. For example the cheeses were either the boring international selection (gouda/edam etc) or processed spanish ones and not decent manchego. Also the puddings/deserts were a bit on the cheap side. The best food was always the Catalan/Spanish. All in all i would say it was not up to the 4 star tag perhaps 3 and a half would be more accurate. My other gripe would be the noise from the coast road if you were staying in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel, luckily i was not, |

Leaving. It was a truely terrible hotel! 1980s camp site with bad rooms and a bad attitude. Everything. The website presents something the hotel is not - luxurious. Its dated, over expensive and not worthy of the stars it claims to have! |

Had a wonderful holiday. Rooms very comfortable, well-appointed and clean! Facilities excellent, except for rather old gym equipment. Location great - short bus ride to lovely big beach and the town of puerto pollensa. Would recommend checking with Hobby Club reception straight after check-in to discover all the activities available. Took us a couple of days to cotton on! |

The good standard of service and food in the restaurant and bars.Spacious rooms in attractive settings. It could be a very relaxing and peaceful holiday if you need it to be.Quality of guests was good and reflective of the resort and its appeal. The evening entertainment was very children/family orientated but standards were poor from an adult perspective.Smaller children would enjoy. Amatuerish attempt otherwise which the staff put 100% in to but against the rest of the standards in the resort it was disappointing and lets it down. It all goes well from early morning until around 9.30pm. |

The Village rooms and gardens were fine. Some staff are very rude, I was at a poolside and wanted to call my room, not one staff member could be bothered to find out the number of the hotel reception for me to call to be put through to my room, I recalled that had the number in my phone, I duly called and was told to call back in 10 mins, unbelievable. The Maris rooms are too small for more than 2 people. There is also a lack of sun beds around the pools, they are all towelled up before 8am, reception staff again are not interested in your plight and just suggest that you "remove" any towel if nobody is sat on it, you could have removed 300! I left 4 messages for the manager to call me, no joy. Charge for Iron and Kettle is also unacceptable, this is not a 4* hotel. |

Stayed 7th to 15th August 7 adults 3 children age 8 to 15. Upgraded to all inclusive. Rooms clean in both Marris and Village, much larger rooms in the Village, sport facilities very good, swimming pools/tennis courts etc. Some very nice beaches near by Negatives, staff are mainly curt unsmiling, service poor/especially in the Village dining area, wait a long time to order drinks through a two designated staff who don’t like to be chased. Food in buffet restaurants edible but very average, service in Marris buffet better and the same food. Sunbeds very difficult to get being reserved from 6am, very little space around the pools. Remote spot with no really beach car essential. I holiday with family twice a year for two weeks in April and August and have stayed in a lot more friendly and pleasant places. Would not go back. |

we enjoyed our 3 days stay in the hotel.we appreciated the help and courtesy of your reception staff,the porters and the cleaning ladies.The staff at the restaurants were pleasant and helpful We wished the fried breakfast wrere less oily!However we appreciate it isdifficult on mass production to cater for so many guests |
