Ambiente degradato, sesto piano di un palazzo, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, odori sgradevoli, caldo osceno in camera, presa in bagno non utilizzabile, muffa sui muri, colazione pessima, Evitatelo piuttosto cercate qualcosa fuori Santiago. |

The staff is friendly and the rooms are quite and very clean. The hotel is only 15' easy walk from the old part and it is a great spot for people that need easy car access to the road exits of town! The breakfast is a bit boring and repetitive but it was fresh. There is also a cafe across the road. The staff are not very knowledgeable source of tourist info. |

It is well situated, near the train station and not far from the centre. The breakfast was the same every day and very poor. We stayed at the hotel 4 nights and they didn't change the towels during this period. |

It was nice stay. The people of the hotel are friendly and kind. The location is convenient to go to the old town, a railway station and shopping center. Since my room was far from the access point of the wireless LAN in the hotel, I could not use it in my room. But I used it at the lobby. |
