Mi hanno chiesto il pagamento per intero la sera del mio arrivo ed il giorno dopo mi hanno dato la ricevuta di un pagamento sulla mia carta per meta' dell'importo del soggiorno ho fatto notare che la camera era stata pagata la sera prima e mi hanno detto che era stato un loro errore e che tale operazione era da considerarsi nulla. Rientrato in italia ho controllato il conto e mi sono reso conto che I soldi erano stati presi quindi ho pagato la camera per intero piu' una meta'!!!!!! Ho fatto la segnalazione a booking inviando anche la ricevuta del pagamento fatto con la carta ma loro hanno continuato a sostenere il fatto che I conteggi erano giusti. Quindi attenzione cntrollate prima di pagare se hanno fatto operazioni sul vs conto!!!!!!!!

ottimi i servizi dell'albergo, come ottimo il personale. cordiale e disponibile. la posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Centrale ma allo stesso tempo in zona molto tranquilla, ben dotata dai mezzi pubblici. buono il mangiare e molto variegato ogni giorno. le camere luminose e spaziose come anche il bagno.

mi è spiaciuto trovare sovente posate bicchieri e piatti non molto puliti...e non sarebbe stato affatto sgradito un mini frigo nelle camere

Food was awful. Some of it was inedible. Also often long queues to get into the Dining room

they wanted to help with the odd no of guests in our party.. extra bed in room.. returned all my emails promtly...on arrival @ reception every thing sorted within minutes booked in..clean rooms all my party very happy with my selection of hotel

Having used it before I once again found it to be one of the Best kept and best value for money hotels in Salou. It is located in the older part of Salou and therefore you weren't surrounded by nightspots, bars etc but it was still within easy reach of shops restaurants and the beach was within 500 yards.

went half board best thing about hotel is evening meal. If your looking for a hotel to relax and do nothing this one would be perfect..

hotel is at least a half hour walk to the main part of salou tourist industry. Bar is too expensive and internet the same. Staff spoke very little english

Good cleaning and service on the rooms,always clean towels and toilet paper available..nice bar and good fitness room

To rooms was to small for 4 persons and the price was to high related to how small and uncomfortable the rooms was. No fridge..first time ever i have experienced hotel room without a fridge.i finally get a fridge but have to pay extra for it.To little electical connection outlet. Elevators to small and to slow..terrible.

Free parking behind the hotel. Friendly staff in reception.

cleaning is all most non. No wifi, only some pc-s in first floor for very high price. In 21-st century must have free wifi over the hotel. Escalators is not enough for this big hotel.

we had family room for 2 adults and 2 children and that was ok.

non english speeking staff,cleanliness was very poor,the bathroom was badly smelling

The halfboard package was good value for money. The spa was nice for cloudy days. Walking distance to the railway station.

The loud entertainment did often not stop until midnight and echoed up to our room on the 2nd floor. The room didn't have much furniture except two large beds and a small table occupied by a TV. One of the receptionists did not speak much English.

There was no fridge or tea services in the room which i would expect for Hotel Accommodation. The staff in the dining are were very unapproachable and unhelpful. We were turned away on various occassions and not given any help in finding out how to get a card which would have enabled us to eat in the restaurant. I would not recommend your hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and spoke quite good English. There was a disco built into the hotel on the ground floor, and you could not hear the music once you were out of there.

I didnt think that the room was as clean as it could have been. There was dust on the floor, and it needed mopping.

Very good value for money.Situated in a good area of Salou - 10 minutes stroll to the beach/promenade and not too close to the nightclubs. Reception staff spoke excellent English, we arrived at 11.00 am and the room was ready for us. We were half board and were able to swap evening meal for lunch.

The food was basic buffet style with not much variety from day to day, however there was always plenty to eat and was very good value considering the amount we had paid.
