Un bellissimo albergo nato dall'idea di coniugare la riserva naturale adiacente con un luogo dedicato all'ospitalità. Curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, ottima offerta gastronomica, personale preparato e multilingue. Una bellissima e piacevole sorpresa!! Il vento, la spiaggia inaccessibile. |

Albergo splendido con le sue 8 piscine, relax, gastronomia, pulizia camere, colazione stratosferica. nessuno, solo peccato che un'albergo cosi splendido non si ha ancora una spiaggia essendo a ridosso del mare |

Villaggio nuovissimo di alto livello, tutto ottimo dai servizi alle camere al ristorante. Situato al fianco di una riserva naturale che fa parte del complesso. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di gustare I primi giorni l'hotel semi deserto ed era davvero un oasi di pace poi con il "pienone" si torna alla normalità di un bellissimo 5 stelle da 300 camere.... Ps. Se volete girare e raggiungere le zone più rinomete di Tenerife serve un auto e circa 10 min di viaggio! Un piccolo appunto sulla vicinanza dell'aeroporto che crea qualche rumore causato dagli aerei che volano sopra il villaggio e distraggono dalla pace che trasmette il villaggio.. Ma è davvero irrilevante, l'hotel resta fantastico andateci!!! |

Tutto perfetto, dal personale dell'hotel alla posizione vicinissima all'oceano. Colazione pantagruelica, pulizia delle camere, attenzione al cliente. |

Great facility, nicely decorated & clean room, kind staffs. Large choice of breakfast buffet. Fantastic food & service at the restaurant at the end of the pool area. Good value for money and we will definately go back. We stayed a week. The cleaning of the room got not as good as in the beginning as time goes by. |

Hotel is beautiful and has a great selection of pools and restaurants. I found the reception staff unhelpful. They told us we could use the courtesy room after check out before we left for the airport. Later we discovered they never put our names on the list and because of this we had no where to get ready. This was pretty disappointing. |

Very nice hotel with 8 swimming pools! Friendly staff. Good food and very good value for money. We´re living on Tenerife only 10 minutes away from the hotel and we´ll definetly come back. |

quality of service, friendly helpful staff. View from balacony. Booking said choice of pool side or sea but ours was more to the back facing the villas with a corner view of the artificial lake. We were very disaapointed with this. |

Everything was perfect, I was with my wife and my 2 sons, staff were really kind and friendly, the breakfast buffet excellent, the swimming pools. We enjoyed a lot and we will come back next year. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I think is the best hotel in Tenerife. Nothing, I liked anything. |

The staff were all lovely, really friendly. The infinity pools are amazing, the spa is very small but I had a great massage there. Design is great, lovely room, comfortable bed. DO go on the free guided tour of the reserve, it's really good fun and very interesting. The rooms are not brilliantly sound-proofed - we had a baby crying next door (luckily they left half way through our stay!). Dinner is a buffet every evening, which gets a little same-y, although the quality is very good. |

full of activities. huge space inside of hotel.We lost in it at the beginning which is full of fun.Breakfast is rich,rich,rich.swimming pool is fantastic.You feel just like swim in sea.Great landscape. most hotel stuff doesnot speak english. A lots of crying babys are there. |

Quality of service, brilliant staff. Rooms are large and quite luxurious. Proximity to airport is great, a few planes overhead but nothing to worry about. Price of drinks in minibar - eye-watering. €18 for a half-bottle of cava, €3,5 for a small bottle of water |

Lovely hotel, the suite was amazing with a fantastic sea view. Nice to have different pools, and lots of activities available. Good choice of food, with attentive staff. Having to queue to check in was very frustrating with only a small reception area. |
